Omni Pool Builders did an exceptional job for us. We wanted a dog and kid friendly pool (in that order!) and that's exactly what we got. They listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions as to how to make it happen, and managed to fit an outstanding oasis in our little midtown lot on time and even a wee bit under the estimate. Outstanding! We have been in the pool every single day and our pups love it, heck they even let the kids use it occasionally!

No pool build ever is perfect, we encountered issues with the weather, illness, materiel shortages/availability and Omni kept us informed and worked with us through each challenge. They sought our input and worked with us to make sure that we got the pool that we wanted. The end result is essentially awesome.

I called several pool builders Most didn't respond. Not only did Aaron Baker respond but he far exceeded the competition that did call back. And, then there was Martin, always great to flash a smile and resolve ANY issue right in front of me. I can't imagine working with any other pool builder in Tucson. I love my pool and a year later the company responds to me as quickly as if I were calling to build a brand new product. If you're disappointed with this group, there is no pleasing you.

Never finished hooking up the pool to the automated system. Furnace is way too small, in winter it can take 3 hours to heat up the spa. Plumbing is not correct for the use of solar heaters.

Work Done Right - We are very particular about how things are placed and how they look and the quality of the installation. We were very satisfied that all the workers were dependable in this area and were happy to work with us to be sure hand rails were placed where we wanted them and tiles were arranged to our liking. When a design decision was made on the water level tiles that we were not happy with, Martin had the tile workers return and change the couple of tiles that we wanted within a day or so.

Value

Value - I thought the quality of the workmanship, the scope of the project, the ability to stay on estimate, and the costing of the project made it so that it was possible to even take on the project. Aaron worked with us to keep within our budget and get the mechanical and cosmetic work done in an affordable way.

Jason was particularly good at making sure we understood the process of the concrete installation and working with us to make sure the layout of the new concrete shape would be satisfactory. All the concrete workers were meticulous in their work, and we enjoyed having them around. They paid attention to details like finishing a couple of step stones with texture and color to match the deck that we noticed only later, but were especially pleased with the results.
