I would have no other roofer. They do a great install and what they promise they do. Very easy to work with and a crew that seemingly likes working for the owner and doing a great job. Had a good share of plywood that needed to be replaced and and we feel we chose the right contractor. This is the second home he has roofed for us. He replaced some siding on the first home that impressed us. Never asked to be paid additional. Just did what was needed. No disappointments.

I will say, they were a great crew, a really great crew working in the extreme heat.

Optimus Construction did a fantastic job on my roof! The eaves required a good bit of work, and they had to build a new strut to replace one (from 1927) that had broken. Everything was done on time, on budget, and with minimal muss and fuss. The left the place so clean you wouldn't know they'd been here. Highly recommend!

Optimus has completed several roofs for me and I've always been very pleased with their customer service and quality of work.

The crew did quality work. We have a slight crooked roof line, but they made the shingles dead-on straight, where now I can not tell the roof was crooked. They did not miss anything that I could tell. They worked very efficient together--in sync. Arnulfo recommendations was spot on. The new venting system for attic area works well. The plumbing vent pipes have grommets that are of high-quality. All flashings were installed that was mentioned. Optimus has been a good experience--I was able to sleep at night, as compared to other roofers I've hired in the past.

I recommend them to everyone looking for quality and affordable work on their housing needs. I’m even going to have them come back and finish up the rest of the house!

Optimus was recommended to me by a neighbor and after talking to a few other roofing contractors it was clear that Optimus was the right choice. An honest contractor who recognized the issues, knew what to do and how to fix them. Told of the extra costs we might run into due to rot etc and we did. Have piece of mind knowing my roof is now done right (plywood, spacing insulation, venting, Duration shingles, new gutters flashing and rotten wood replaced..) with high quality products and will last. (The old roof one lacked most of this, it was just shingles attached my T&G celing...) Very pleased with Optimus and all the subs and suppliers he used. Will be my go to for future building projects !!!
