We were in need of a new roof (everything except for most of the tiles) and I stumbled upon Overson Roofing at the Home & Garden Show. I spoke with Jed and he mentioned that they may not be the cheapest, but they were the best. I had such a great experience with that one encounter that I booked a consultation for the following week. Joe came out for our inspection and was very personable, explaining all of our options. We decided to proceed with Overson, as the price point was right for us. The financing process was mostly easy, with only one minor hiccup that required me to call to finish the application, but the Greensky rep was quick and I was soon on my way. I almost immediately got a call to schedule my project and we were able to get started sooner than we were quoted. Carlos, DJ and Julian's Crew were spectacular! They were courteous and mindful of our dogs. They worked hard and you can tell they have pride in what they do. The communication was on point throughout the entire process, start to finish. We were originally told the project would take 4-5 days. They finished in 2.5! I am 100% satisfied with Overson Roofing and want to thank Jed, Joe, Julian's Crew, DJ and Carlos again for their hard work, dedication to their craft, and for making this such an easy and positive experience!

I appreciated that the appraiser did a complete run through of our roof as well as our attic. Took pictures and was with us for about 45 mintutes. Did not rush and took his time with us.

The overall experience was very good. Thomas the estimator gave us 3 estimates to compare. We selected one of the estimates. The work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. The crew came out on the scheduled date and time. The crew was very professional. They completed the work within the time frame they promised and kept us apprised of the progress along the way. We would highly recommend Overson Roofing.

Calling Overson Roofing was the right choice for me. I called Overson to repair several tiles that had loosened or dislodged from the roof. Carlos did the inspection, estimate and follow-up upon completion while Richard performed the repairs. Both men arrived at their appointed times and were polite, respectful and answered all my questions in a knowledgeable way. I felt that they went above and beyond what was agreed upon to address all of my concerns and that it was important to them that I was satisfied. At the completion of the work, all debris was throughly removed, leaving my yard as it was found. All in all, Carlos and Richard did a very professional job and I am pleased with the outcomes. Most importantly, there were no surprise extras, the work was completed at the agreed to price.

I am a former general contractor. Whenever possible, I like to get at least three estimates for any project. Overson’s estimate was the fourth one I solicited. I went up on the roof when Tim, the estimator for Overson, inspected the flat roof on my house. I was impressed with his thorough inspection. Two of the estimates I solicited were very similar in price. While Overson was not the lowest estimate, I found the language in their agreement acceptable and the description of the work to be most complete. The roofing crew was experienced, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The project supervisor, Carlos, listened to my concerns and addressed the areas that I pointed out as current roof issues. He instructed the crew to remove and replace roofing fabric where necessary and added fabric to parapet areas where I suspected there might be leaks.

It was a smooth process from beginning to end. Jan came out, provided an estimate. Scheduling was easy. The workers came on time each day and they cleaned up at days end. The production manager checked in, made sure everything was going OK and inquired if there was any. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Given a window 10 & 12 pm. Does not get here on time. He tells me he will be back Thursday at 7AM no show.Had to call the office and was told they had to change it to Friday 7&9. So I wasted Thursday waiting for someone who was not coming. No one called to let me know that the day and time were changed. Communication is the key.

I was very pleased with the overall job that Overson Roofing did. The salesman Bron, and the worksite foreman, Beau, were professional and very easy to deal with. The job was done in the time frame given, and within the estimate's allotted pricing.

Overson did a great job getting to our property and completing our repairs in a timely manner.

Saleman's claim this 1-day job is simply not true - it actually took 3 1/2 days. However, the roof was completed perfectly as expected. Jerry and Phillip did a fine job. Jerry provided me updates all along except at the end of 2nd day with no update. The communication with the office was not as clear as expected. We had to call many times to get the begin date confirmed.

I couldn’t even tell they had been here. Except for the precise, well done look of my roof. I would recommend them to any and all people who are looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.
