Nice job from start to finish...very professional. Never had a problem getting answers to any questions. Not really sure if I got a good price or not...it's hard to price compare, because everyone wants to sell you the new shower. The shower looks great and the installers were great.

Professional staff, great product, Kohler quality

Needs to offer options like a Delta faucet that can control both the temperature and volume of flow in a shower. I strongly dislike not being able to control the flow. Other than that, the rest of the installation is great.

Alexis was terrific as Project Manager. Nick handled unexpected delays professionally and was easy ro work with. Though no plumber showed at the job, Nick worked feverishly and completed the plumbing side of the project. Both Nick and Alexis are to be commended.

Derrill and his helper were exceptional in the installation of the new shower. Knonledgeable, friendly and in cleaning up after the job was complete.

Anthony and Blake did a great job job. They kept our house very clean, were very respectful of our space, and built us a beautiful new shower in a very timely manner.

The installers damaged the surrounding walls in 3 rooms when breaking out the old walls, causing me to have to patch and paint three rooms. I believe that had a little more time been taken and not rushing to get project done in two days, this damage would not have occurred. In addition, there is silicone caulk on the ceiling which you cant paint over, making the repaint job far more difficult and time consuming. Finally, there is something on the top of the doors that will not come off. I would like someone to take a look at them. Could also be silicone.

It is very expensive and most people I know would not spend so much to update a shower. Other than that, the project turned out beautifully and I would recommend Renuity.

I'm satisfied with the quality of the product, the installation and the professionalism of the team.... however the cost was more expensive than I imagined. I am hoping that the additional cost will be recouped years later in the maintenance free shower material that does not require replacing broken tiles or have to regrouting tile.

Couldn’t ask for a better team. They worked well together and were very neat. Left the house in excellent condition.

Overall I am very satisfied with my new bathroom. I am happy with the quality of the materials and build. I think the installation could have gone more smoothly and efficiently, but I would still highly recommend Renuity to my friends. Additionally I would recommend they work with Josh if possible to get the best service.

Too expensive for the work done

We were contacted by a project representative and went over our contract and when everything would be done. Gave us her number and said to give her a call if we had any questions.

We really appreciated the low pressure sales process, the quick job scheduling, and fast 2-day installation. The Kohler Lifetime Warranty was also appealing along with the estimate being the final price with no surprise extra costs.The pricing was competitive and there was flexible financing, no complaints at all on this experience.

My group of guys were incredible… always on time.. got to work immediately and worked entire time . They were like a well oiled crew.. everyone knew what their jobs were.
