The decision to install a new bath and shower is not one most homeowners are frequently faced with. When that time comes; there are many choices making promises to do the work within one day, etc. The better choice is selecting a source which provides excellent products like Kohler fixtures and LuxStone grade tile. The in home consultation includes all measurements, specifications and costs - nothing is left out. The homeowner has full choice of coordinating fixtures and walls. Job is not complete until everyone is satisfied. I am very happy with the product provided by Renuity. From the consultation to the workers, to the high-end choices of fixtures, I know will be a long-lasting worthwhile investment. My highest recommendation.

The sales person,Eric, seemed experienced, knowledgeable and mostly believable (I never fully believe a sales person). The contract was thorough and contradicted only twice what Eric stated.

Ashley, the Reunity contact person, contacted me as per the contract requirement, answered my questions and informed me of the start date. Later, after the shower was completed, Ashley again answered a question I had! I enjoyed speaking with her.

Finally the two man crew that installed the shower were great! They did quality work and kept my house and work area clean! Additionally they were courteous to my AH neighbor that I KNEW would attempt in some way to hinder the project. Sorry I have such an AH as a neighbor.

The easy of the whole remodel process

We hired Renuity-Pacific Bath through Costco expecting top-notch work given your reputation. Unfortunately, the experience was subpar. A job that should've taken 2 days took seven days to complete due to plumbing errors. We paid a significant amount for this project and expect it to be completed efficiently and correctly.

To make matters worse, we had to call them back to fix the sliding door's base support because the installer forgot to secure it. A Renuity crew showed up on 11/21/25 to finally secure the base support.

We spoke with Mike Sims, the Production Manager, about our frustrations with Renuity. He said to expect an email with a document to sign, and we would receive an $800 check to compensate for the inconvenience. However, we haven't received the email yet. The installation was initially completed on 11/17/25. Project started on 11/10/2025

The crew did not show up on the scheduled day. I called to find out what the delay was and they indicated one of the crewman couldn’t come. So we had to reschedule a week later with a different crew.

The whole experience from sales to installation went very well…the installation crew run by Greg did an excellent job.. they were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves every day..
If you need a walk-in tub, they are the best people to do it..

First of all I like Jasmine Richard’s sale approach . Everything was laid out right in front of me. I love the Koehler product and never even received another quote. I was convinced of the integrity of the product and can attest to the excellence now that it is installed. I wake up everyday knowing I have the best shower made and I am overjoyed with the quality.
