I am very pleased with the finished product. My shower is very pretty and works perfect. I am disappointed that the salesman who was very pleasant at our original meeting has not followed up or contacted me as he said he would.

The customer service is excellent, especially by the installers. I truly appreciated them putting down cloths to protect my flooring from the entry to the bathroom. Because of pricing and other concerns (see #5), I would share recommendation with friends and family with both positive and negative perspective.

The salesperson was very helpful. But the installers were a disappointment. I feel they were disrespectful. It was a very cold day and they were going in and out and leaving the door wide open. I closed it at least 15 times and when they left for lunch they left the sliding glass door halfway open. The furnace was running nonstop. I feel this was very disrespectful to us. We received no instructions on how to use the shower head. A modification needed to be done and we had to insist on one closest to the original plan. If you need more information you can call.

Quality in every aspect I'd recommend them to everyone.

Promises not kept, multiple visits and calls when tasks should have been completed initially. Completion time was not as agreed upon and I am still owed money from them. No quality control.

Install team left a mess in my yard and a hole in my wall. Top of shower walls were not sealed at all.

This project was more expensive then expected and that is why I would not feel comfortable recommending to family or friends.

Took a long time after signing contract to get the shower installed. The shower pan had to have non slip surface sprayed on because the installed pan was slippery. We specifically asked the salesperson if it came as non slip surface and he said it does. One of the shower doors was warped and had to be replaced and sealing strips had to be added because there was gaps where water spray would escape around doors.

The first installers ran into a problem with a defective part but were able to complete the install in two days by staying late to finish it. The second installer came to modify the grab bars for me; he also did a great job. The defective part was difficult for them to obtain, and the office made huge efforts to get it for me. The third installers just left and not only installed the replacement part, but they also made some adjustments to the door to make it close better (I had not noticed this until they showed it to me)

installers were very knowledgeable of their craft, kept me informed of what they were doing and asked me where I wanted things like grab bars, distance 0f seat from floor and very polite and completed project on time. Also cleaned well after job done.

When we spoke to the salesperson in our home. He promised us that the complete cost would be. $16,000.
Yet, the complete amount owned was 19,900 ! This after I paid a 10,000 down payment.
Also, we asked the salesman about turning the space that the old shower was in.. to turn that space into a linen closet.
Which he said the people can do.
Yet, once the people came here and finished the new shower they told us they do not do that.
SO WE SRE NOT HAPPY!
