Communication was very good!

Did a great job. The whole process was fairly seamless.

The sales pitch did not mention that the control would not have separate controls for the temperature and volume. That would not have been a deal breaker, but I would have liked an explanation as to why. When it came to installing the hydra rail, it would have been nice to have had the fixture unpacked to see where it might go best rather than having to just guess and visualize, particularly since how low the lower shower head will adjust to is an unknown. We thought the rail would go lower and ended up with a placement we would have liked about 3" lower. The shower curtain rod was placed several inches too high.

A little pricey. But ease of ordering and installation process were good.

Installers were very professional and filled us in on many details.

Your staff that put in shower was great. But customer service to fix the new shower door took 2 wks. Your staff needs to communicate better with customers on scheduling and follow through. The gentleman that fixed the door did a good job and as of today it is working. Hopefully it will continue to work.

I don't recommend this company because they are in deep need of professionalism, they promised work done in 2 days. It's already been a month and we are still waiting, they broke many things that weren't supposed to be broken down.

Some things promised didn’t happen. Cleanup bad. Disconnected from plumbing, previous Shower head, left in wall as was previous tub glass door screw holes & silicone. I was told all of that would be removed & patched. I have matching tiles.

Salesman was knowledgeable and honest. The installation went as promised because the installation team was very good. Now that it is done, we have the best shower I have ever used.

The staff very professional, and let you know what is happening throughout the process. I am just disappointed the sales person did not measure the side walls so that the glass doors could be installed without having to add additional pieces of the lux stone to be able to install the glass doors installed properly.

Ridiculous price for product

We were thrilled with the quality of the work. How quickly the team were able to get us on the schedule for the remodel. Start to finish very professional.

After exploring products online, I invited two companies to show me their products. I found the Kohler products and design to be of much higher quality than the competition. I told them that I was interviewing more than one company and they did not press me to make a decision before I had all the information I needed.

Shower was much too expensive and workmanship was disappointing. It took much longer to schedule the install and required my proactive follow up to find solutions for scheduling due to part shortages. installation took longer than advertised.

Feel like I am in a spa .

The time from placing the order to installation was much long than anticipated.

Well everything went well with the install except the handle from the water was hot to cold instead of cold to hot, you came up and got it fixed after 2 phone calls. Not impressed with the shower head will see what my wife says. The drop down seat had protective tape still on it, that was removed when the hot to cold problem was fixed. I spent alot of money on this and my expectations were not that impressed by everything however it was much better than what I had.

Complete job in timely fashion

They were considerated and explained everything they were doing in great detail. Came back the next at the time they said they would.
