The work was quality was excellent and the crew was easy to work with. They did delay the work a day and never showed up before 9:30 - 10:00 on the days they worked. They did stay until the job was done into the early evening.

From start to finish the project was handled very professionally. The install crew were very knowledgable, respectful and tidy.

Well, our install for the shower was involved for 6 days. Not pleased with that at all. The men were all nice but that was a huge inconvenience for us for the amount of money we paid for this shower.

We were a bit confused by apparent crew changes, although everyone seemed nice enough. Were some of them being trained on our job?

The products themselves are excellent, the non-plastic material of the walls, the way the corner pieces are made, the quality and convenience of the double shower head, the fold up seat and the fact that it's so well made it can hold the weight of someone 3 times my size, were all of the highest quality. The peace of mind that comes with knowing my husband will be safe, that he won't trip stepping over the side of a tub, and that if he were to slip, the grab bars would hold him and the safety that the seat affords are unparalleled. The install team, Ted, Rich, Danny and Manny, were incredible and just so far above average, it's hard to put into words without sounding insincere. They excelled in every way and made the process quick, easy, and convenient. I didn't even have to clean when they left.

The installation team was great and very professional, they encountered a couple of hiccups and solved them very well .

Pacific Bath was very flexible with scheduling. We ordered everything in March but didn’t want it installed until June. They had no issues with storing our materials for that length of time.
The install team were very respectful of my home, covered the flooring from front door to the bathroom. They cleaned up after themselves after day one and on the last day. They were friendly and timely.

The company was accommodating and easy to work with. The staff that came were very friendly, worked hard and were respectful.

Two words Professional and Quality product!!!!!!!!!!

1.The pan was measured twice and the pan was delivered the wrong size
2. Homeowner suggested doing the demolition then remeasuring which the crew did. The pan came the correct size but the wrong color
3. We agreed to have the pan repainted. It came damaged but installers managed to repair it on site.
4. During installation, the paint just scraped off the pan.
5. Pan was remade and installed. And job completed.
This was a disaster from the beginning. The only compensation was $325 “rescheduling” fee.
6. The installation time took 6 MONTHS!!!

It was an interesting experience. The salesperson was great, as were the installers. My only issue was that the wrong back panel was installed the first time around, and I had to wait until today to get the right one put in. But the installers were all friendly and professional.

The entire experience from Sales Rep to Installation crew was flawless. The only thing I found confusing was that when I signed the initial paperwork, I was not given a copy to show that I had just written a check for over $10,000. Despite that, I want to thank Pacific Bath for their Service.

It was an old shower and odd shape. Took a lot of work but it’s now a work of art. Because of the curved entrance we used a shower curtain. We are in the process of ordering a custom glass door so anyone can see the work of art 😊

Started with punctuality. Not one of them showed up on time. Installers had limited English skills and lacked the common sense to ask before doing something.

The quality of the install and material was exceptional

My Sales contact, Karen, is so knowledgeable about the product and was quick to plug
into what was important to me. She also educated me in areas that needed to be brought to my attention. Also Anthony, my installer, was thorough and careful. He didn't rush the project, but gave all the time needed to take care of every detail.

Both the salesman and workers were very helpful, answered our question, and were very approachable.

While with any job of this sort there were unforeseen complexities, the attention to detail and dedication to getting it right (without question or pushback) was truly appreciated. Excellent people to work with and exemplary customer focus.

Overall decent install. However I still have a cracked floor tile that they have not returned my calls on.

your Tec was very good , his clean up could have been a littel better but over all we are very happy with the job ,
