The communication with project manager was horrible. I had to call to find out where the crew were when they were gonna come and I ended up calling her three times and she should’ve been calling me to let me know.

We hit a roadblock two hours into the install. Micheal said that if there was subfloor damage they had means to repair. Did not happen. Tim the installer apologized next time he came for handling it wrong.

The price is much more that I was ready to spend, so on that basis alone, I probably wouldn't be as quick to recommend to a friend looking for a full bathroom remodel. I made the sacrifice because the shower was the one big thing I needed to upgrade. It blew such a big part of my budget that I wasn't able to do any of the other small upgrades in my bathroom. If I do recommend, it would also come with my negative experience with the phone sales staff. Otherwise, I would recommend on the basis of the finished project.

From the sales to the ordering to the install and any follow-up, all I've interacted with have been gracious and helpful. It was truly a great experience to work with Pacific Bath.

Done on two days as advertised. The crew did our shower in June 2025. We love how well it was handled & requested the same crew for the tub/shower conversion. The luxstone is fabulouse.

Our main crew - installer, Jose, and his assistant, Michael were outstanding. Professionally, they quickly put together their plan, explained what we would experience, as well as the anticipated timeline for various phases --- and they nailed it. Additionally, additional members of the Pacific Bath team, were equally as efficient during their shorter time with us. Personally, they were gracious, personable, and took pride in their work ... for themselves and for their Pacific Bath -- which made us winners. Thank you!

The installers were very patient with my questions and worked really well together.

I did not get the shower I ordered. The installers (who were great) assured me I would be getting a call from management. Eleven days later, I have not heard from anyone.

The whole experience was great from the start in sales. Easy to talk with without being pushy. We knew what we wanted and didn’t want to be upsold. Quick and easy process. We were in a rush before school year started and our kids needed a bathroom. They put a rush in and got us scheduled right away! Great communication! Shower looks awesome!

Do a good clean up of the products and insure the pannels fit properly

The job took an extra day, plus a follow-up to have ceiling sheetrock fixed after removing a wall. The fixtures and door work well.

Good experience with sales customer service and installation personnel

It was an overall wonderful experience for it being our first remodel project- from the presentation of the whats and hows, to the final caulking of the walls. Communication was excellent once our project was confirmed. Whole project took a total of 3 days and Kevin and Diego overall had great work ethic. They were respectful of our home and professional when communicating updates with me. They worked independently and made sure to clean up at the end of each workday. The project looks great and my family is now enjoying an upgraded and much needed shower. Thank you for a wonderful job well done!

From the beginning of the sales process and thru the tear down process and the two day rebuild, everyone was great and went over each step that they were involved with. Couldn't be happier.

I appreciate their efforts start to finish. I was given contacts to talk with throughout the process that we're able to answer all of my questions without waiting on a callback. The install team arrived when they said they would and took impressive precautions to protect the areas of the house they worked and traveled through. Cleanup was thorough as well.
