Installation was faster than I thought. The crew was polite, professional and got straight down to business. They went over any questions or concerns I had and demonstrated my showers capabilities once installation was complete. The initial sales agent who set everything up was down to earth and very easy to talk to.

We are extremely satisfied with the results of our remod8. The salesman and the installers were very informative and professional.

The team was easy to work with, and the shower is installed to perfection. It's the best reason to get out of bed every morning!

I am very impressed with the entire process of replacing my old fiberglass tub/shower surround with a new Koehler walk-in shower system. The salesman was super informative and provided a detailed description of their product, as well as outlining each step of the installation. The installer (Warren) showed up on time and performed the demolition and rough-in in 4 hours. They had acquired the necessary permits and provided me the necessary contact information for rough-in and final inspections. The installers returned after the rough-in inspection and completed the project in another 4 hours! I am totally satisfied with the quality and speed this project took. The two man crew (plus the plumber) were professional, courteous, careful of surroundings, and made sure I was informed of each step as it progressed . The entire process was seamless. It is just as I had hoped for a finished product. My family loves it!

I had 2 walk-in showers installed at the same time. They were quite expensive, but the Kohler name and the lifetime product and installation warranty persuaded me to use this company. They are the only company that represents the Custom Kohler LuxStone system in our state. There are some installation errors and other small issues that preclude me from recommending them to a friend. In fact, 2 people have asked me about installation for their house. We do not give our recommendations lightly.

Worst customer service ever. A job that was supposed to be in two days took 4 weeks because no one could tell us when to expect the shower doors.

The color of the wall panels are a darker green than I remember the sample being that the salesman showed us. Not real happy with that.

Very professional company from the scheduler, to the sales rep, to the project manager, to the installation manager to the installation team. Quality work and quality product.

The workers are very, very professional. They knew exactly what to remove and install. They moved precisely they way they know how, and they were very clean.

Overall a decent experience. There were hiccups getting install scheduled on both sides, including our dog having major surgery and being forced to a confined space. They adapted and adjusted. After a couple of e weeks using the shower I’ve only found one thing wrong—the plastic piece on the curtain rod to make the hooks glide keeps coming out of place.

The purposed 2-day project was fully completed by Pacific Bath in 26 days. Day 1 (demolition day) went well. Day 2 (installation day) was a bust. There was no shower curtain rod provided. The shower curtain rod was installed on Day 3. The sales person (Lucas Fedora) did not provide a shower curtain rod for our WIS. After several calls and follow-ups with Millie (Project Coordinator), she filament scheduled the drywall texturing and preparation for our painting. This was on Day 26.

The first part was great, but still waiting for the finish up. I am still waiting it's been over a month and the tape and texture still hasn't been done. Can't seem to get the manager to contact me. Not able to finish or use the new shower till the tape and texture is done! Kind of frustrated! I can't finish putting in the new floor, apply the primer or paint the room or put the bath vanity and sink back till the tape and texture is done. I am in a holding pattern till they finish their work. I wanted this done before family arrived for Christmas but that doesn't look possible this late in the month. So not exactly happy with the process. I was told a couple of days and it is over a month.

Overall it was a good experience: I’d recommend fo friends and family with a disclaimer

They were sure to explain that the glass needs to be scheduled by us, which i called and got scheduled separately. Satisfied with all, even a glitch that they fixed within the week!

It wasn't just one thing, and it wasn't many issues. The installation team worked well together. One member should have input reference anything he may have observed with the other to influence the quality of the installation at completion. Working together for the common good will generate more happy customers.

I was truly impressed with the degree of professionalism, knowledge in planning that went into the project I was paying for.

There were 'spots' on the accessories. the installer was here to solve the problem the day after I called.

My husband wanted to have this shower installed. I did not. It was way too expensive. The salesman that came was Paul. My husband talked with him I’d say over a hour. After hearing the conversation for 5 min. I left the room. Very pushy salesman. I was in sales for over 15 yrs. My husband never asks for much, I told him I don’t want to know anything about this shower, not the price or anything, it’s all on you. My husband died even before the shower was installed. But, I was told that he put down a non refundable $2,000 . I knew I could not afford this on my own. I kept getting calls from Paul , I agreed for him to come out to take off some of the whistles and bells to drop down the price . He told me about financing. At this point I agreed to anything just to stop getting calls. Again this was not something I wanted. It was my husband. He is passed now

The tub was installed correctly, but the tub surround and decking was done in an unprofessional manner.

All said and done the cost is why I would not recommend the product. Got me once not twice, learn from your mistakes.

Great job, salesman was very helpful and thorough. Installers were great and respectful of the property. It took only 2 days which I'm glad so that they weren't rushed and did things right (they also had a long drive from Chicago area to our home in Jasper county).

The install team lost no time in getting the job done; professional and easy to talk to. They were done in two days I was expecting much longer good team I am very happy

I won’t recommend that salesman

The scope of our installation for exceeded what would be expected as normal. There was a glass block window and wall to be removed and reframed to accommodate one shower wall. Plumbing needed to be moved from one location to another and it came out perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the installation. It meets everything we wanted. Thank you for a professional touch :-)

Please see comment below. The service and expertise of the installers were a "10". I only gave a "9" because of the sales person's inablity to give good customer service. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and the products Pacific Bath uses. Allen and Juan are exceptional installers.
