Additional Comments - Something that the sales person did not tell me. I asked her if the water pressure was good. It is so good it is unbelievable. It is the best and better than any hotel I have ever stayed in.

Area(s) Of Satisfaction - I was mostly satisfied with the appearance and look of the shower. I was also satisfied with the quality of the doors and how they slide. The fitting options were wonderful. The sales woman's presentation was wonderful and she did a beautiful job.

Area(s) Of Satisfaction - It looks great. They did a really sophisticated patch on the floor from the previous tub. It's so much nicer and I don't have to step over anymore. The water pressure still comes through nicely. I love how the stone looks also.

Satisfaction - I have one gentleman that's going to come by the house, and look at the sliding glass door. We might change the way it's installed, so the handle can be moved. I don't know if they can do it until they come. It works great, I took a shower in it yesterday. I had a physical therapist give me a shower.

Area of Satisfaction - The overall attention to detail when they fit all the pieces together met and exceeded my expectations. They had to bring it up in sections. First, it was the plumbing, which they did outside because it had to be welded. They brought that up with part of the step-in unit. They had to make some architectural adjustments with the way the house was built, they had to put a small shelf in a wall to keep it stable. They did a beautiful job!
