Too high price

We would highly recommend if you are in need of a shower that you consider Pacific Bath.

Employees were knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Professional staff. Courteous. No mess. On time. Did not try to upsell during implementation. The pm kept me informed on the dates for activities. The cost was the same as it was sold.

Lower your price..the whole job only took 2 workers working from 8 am to 1:30 pm for 2 days so 5.5 hours per day or 11 hours per worker over the 2 days so 22 hours total labor. A plumber added 2 hours to the job so a total of 24 hours of labor. For the almost $19,000 I paid I feel like it was very over priced. If the laborers were paid an incredibly high $200 per hour that would only amount to $4800 for labor. The materials surely did not cost $5k but for arguments sake lets say they did then total cost to Pacific Bath would be a high $9800 and I paid twice that. Seems like too high a profit margin but I agreed to it. I guess the lifetime warranty may be used as justification but oh well.Onl

The shower is exactly what was described and is gorgeous! The people from Pacific Bath are phenomenal, including Michael who designed our shower, the plumber and the 2 young men that installed.

Having such a massive job done in 2 days was amazing - with beautiful results.

The product and the job as a whole is expensive and I expect the final product to reflect that. The small details that make a job look of good quality were not done as well as they should have been done. One example is the silicone placed in the edges. It’s too thick and somewhat sloppy. It’s too thick. There was damage done to the other side of one wall where the shower plumbing is and needs repairs. Nobody has called me to and about it nor to schedule the repair.

The installers were very professional and did a great job. The job site and project kept very clean which was very appreciated...thanks....

Value questionable and just not as I expected

The install followed the timeline we were initially given, everyone we contacted along the way was professional and followed through on what we discussed.

The entire process from beginning to end was perfectly organized. Luther Fedora spent a great deal of time with me helping me select everything for the walk-in shower; Millie Velasquez was a thorough project manager assisting me in re-scheduling a few times due to heat problems here at my home. The two installers, Daniel Sanchez and Jorge Torres, were very organized and pleasant to have working here. They did a beautiful job installing and in communicating. Plus they were speedy in completing the project just as scheduled. And they left everything clean and neat.

Several issues and disappointments regarding installation, probably specific to this case. End result is satisfactory. Would recommend with reservations.

The men you sent to do the work were absolutely fantastic! Bruce, Hector and Jeff were very professional, efficient, friendly and kind. They even changed the battery in a smoke alarm that was beeping in a back room. It was fun watching them work. I learned a lot. The shower is beautiful. They finished in 2 days and thoroughly cleaned up everything. If I could give them a higher rating than 10, I would!!!
