Not happy with product or experience

The purposed 2-day project was fully completed by Pacific Bath in 26 days. Day 1 (demolition day) went well. Day 2 (installation day) was a bust. There was no shower curtain rod provided. The shower curtain rod was installed on Day 3. The sales person (Lucas Fedora) did not provide a shower curtain rod for our WIS. After several calls and follow-ups with Millie (Project Coordinator), she filament scheduled the drywall texturing and preparation for our painting. This was on Day 26.

The first part was great, but still waiting for the finish up. I am still waiting it's been over a month and the tape and texture still hasn't been done. Can't seem to get the manager to contact me. Not able to finish or use the new shower till the tape and texture is done! Kind of frustrated! I can't finish putting in the new floor, apply the primer or paint the room or put the bath vanity and sink back till the tape and texture is done. I am in a holding pattern till they finish their work. I wanted this done before family arrived for Christmas but that doesn't look possible this late in the month. So not exactly happy with the process. I was told a couple of days and it is over a month.

Overall it was a good experience: I’d recommend fo friends and family with a disclaimer

There were 'spots' on the accessories. the installer was here to solve the problem the day after I called.

The tub was installed correctly, but the tub surround and decking was done in an unprofessional manner.

The scope of our installation for exceeded what would be expected as normal. There was a glass block window and wall to be removed and reframed to accommodate one shower wall. Plumbing needed to be moved from one location to another and it came out perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the installation. It meets everything we wanted. Thank you for a professional touch :-)

We came to Pacific Bath when we had a leaky shower and several attempts to find and fix the leak had failed. Ultimately it became clear we were going to have to have the shower redone to a large extent, and while you work was more extensive and more expensive than we originally expected, we're confident that it was the right call - to do it right, and thoroughly, rather than potentially coming back to it for further repairs again and again.

We had a really positive experience from start to finish. The completeness of the work and the warranty make me trust that our new shower will be in good working condition for years to come. The installation happened sooner than we expected and finished faster than we expected, and the team was so tidy and respectful of our home. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend who found themselves in a similar position to where we were.

The quality of work was exceptional and we love the product. Levi and his coworker were professional and enjoyable to work with. Only 3 weeks passed from the time we signed the contract to onset of work, which was complete in two days.

On the first day we had an unfortunate issue with neighbors in an adjoining condo, The plumber and installers are to be highly commended for the way they handled the situation.

From the in-home rep. to the installers, the whole process was swift and professional. Follow up communication regarding specific details were also very appreciated.

2 weeks and not done

Our experience was one of disappointment for charging high prices for a subpar product.

Our project contact, Michael Warren, was extremely helpful in putting together a plan that would work in our small master bath. In addition, Levi and Justin were wonderful throughout the construction and installation. As feared, there were some stumbling blocks when walls were opened up, but they found an acceptable way to make it all work.

From the first contact with Pacific Bath, we were impressed by the courteous, professional way we were treated. No high pressure sales, knowledgeable guidance, and quick completion. Highly recommend

Very slippery shower floor, problem solved by applying an abrasive compound (twice). There is a 1" gap under the glass shower doors. This leaves water on the floor outside the shower stall, poor design.

All aspects of the process were conducted/completed within my expectations and in some cases above.

Gentlemen were very professional, polite and caring. I would recommend this group to every one...there was no fault at any any point of the installation that my husband and I noticed.

This was the best investment I’ve made in a long time. The installers were very professional and did a beautiful job. They told me step by step what they were doing, cleaned up at the end of the day. They were a pleasure to have in my home.

They came in, and did the work very quick. Cleaned up afterwards. They would answer questions, and explain what was going on, if asked. We are very pleased with our shower. Highly recommend you.

Professional, open to any discussion.

If you are looking for a walk-in tub with all the bells and whistles (jacuzzi, heated back, easy walk in) and will use it regularly, or at least once a week, then this $25,000 will be worth it. I was looking for a simpler walk-in tub for my elderly husband but he is enjoying it at least once a week so I am happy with it.
