Everything that was needed including the best tools arrived at worksite.

Beautiful shower but had a few issues. I had an issue with installing the glass door/glass surround after the new shower was installed. I believe this issue was due to the salesperson not taking some structural things into consideration when developing the plan/quote. The workmanship overall was good but lacked my expectation in finish work, mainly with caulking and texture.

I would recommend a tub to shower conversions to my elderly friends. The convenience to walk into the shower without having to step over a tub is great. Plus there is so much room as a shower. I like the texture of the walls and floor. It’s not cold like tile. Overall I am please with Pacific Baths shower system.

Very impressed with speed and efficiency that the shower was replaced.

My new walk-in bathtub is the best improvement I've made to my home. The jets and bubbles are theraputic - a much appreciated relief for my arthritic pain.

Naveed and Aaron were both very professional during the entire tear down and installation. They cleaned up daily, were friendly and did all the work with a smile!

The overall experience was ok. There were some materials missing from the installation that we are still awaiting and the install was completed a couple of weeks ago. I would have expected those pieces to have arrived already.

The only other issue was that the install team did some damage near the install site walls and they did not mention it to us.

Ours was a tricky installation as the demo'd fiberglass shower/tub needed to pass through a pocket door which gave little room to situate the new Kohler shower walls in place. The installers were careful to follow a process their manager suggested. The installation went beautifully. The finished product is stunning. The installers, James and Jeremiah, were careful and left the place clean. Their manager, Jason, returned a week later to cut and install a couple of baseboard tiles that were removed to accommodate the deeper shower tray than the tub it had replaced.

Crew were dedicated to the job. Friendly. Careful around items that needed to be walked around. Cleaned up work area as needed.

I’m very happy with the work and quality of the product. I do think the mark up of materials is to much.

The whole process was easy, from design to installation. The install team was professional, friendly and even accepted supervision by my Shi Tzu.

We were told by the salesman that the wall panels would go from floor to ceiling and they don’t. Have your sales representative come out and look at it. Very disappointed

I wish I had done this bath remodel a long time ago now that I know how simple and painless it was. Awesome work Pacific Bath and staff!

We were so glad that we elected to go with Kohler at Pacific Bath. There were so many phases to complete like electric, plumbing, inspections , etc that I can't imagine how long it would have taken another company to complete the job. Pacific Bath had it all finished in the allotted time table.

Questions about the installation were answered promptly, the office kept me informed about changes. I had to postpone original date due to Covid but rescheduled arrangements were made immediately.

The product is great. The installation process was different than what was laid out by the sales rep.

Poor communication from the project manager is the downfall of this experience with Pacific Bath.

In hind-sight, being a 100% disabled veteran, I specifically talked to a pre-sales rep about not wanting to be the victim of the ole 'bait and switch', but alas, that's EXACTLY what happened.

We are very happy with the quality of materials and the work done on our shower renovation.

Yes I would tell someone to give you a call, but tell if go with them to tell them to request any plumber but Joe
