Kevin Moody was great to work with. The crews were professional, friendly and did a great job. We had our siding, roof and gutters done by these guys.
While the work done by the subcontractors overall has been satisfactory, communication with our project manager and scheduler has been problematic. We had siding, a picture window install, roof, gutter and painting ordered. We spoke with our project manager about getting pointed corners for our house instead of corner posts. The second day of siding work, we discovered the crew had done an entire side of the house with corner posts instead of staggered, capped corners. To his credit, the project manager had the crew immediately fix it. Then it happened again, we had paid extra for a different type of siding for one part of the house. The crew installed the same siding as the rest of the house, so that had to be ripped out and the correct siding installed. Then when we had our siding walkthrough, we pointed out an area that the crew damaged when installing the picture window. It was a brick planter that was old, but not bowing out with brick breaking— until the two people from the crew stood on it to install an extremely heavy window. Our project manager agreed it should not have been damaged, they should have built a scaffolding and assured us that it would be fixed when other punch list items were taken care of. It was not taken care of during the punch list — along with the removal of old telephone wires that should not have been reinstalled. It took three more weeks of texting the project manager to get the problem even addressed again, and then he said the crew said it was already damaged and so Pacific Exteriors could only offer a credit. We talked about some other resolution, but the project manager never answered our questions. This has delayed the painting part of our project and it's now the rainy season, a month an a half after the estimated completion date, and our project still has not been completed. At this point we will take the $1000 credit, which will have to be a check since we have made our final payment. But now the scheduler is not returning my emails. If I don't hear back from her this week, I'm going to just start tracking down other people in the company, or maybe I will just contact the Better Business Bureau.
Pacific Exteriors LLC did good work. The communication is clear. The contractor who did the actual work did a very great job on the siding. I think over the course of the siding replacement, there were a lot of modifications. They did not really charge us for changing things, so Pacific Exteriors LLC was very flexible on that.
Pacific Exteriors did a great job. We had new HardiBack siding, Milgard windows, roof with ridge vent, gutters and downspouts installed and painting.
Pacific Exteriors was really amazing. I loved that the project manager came after they were done and did a walk around and had the crew come back to fix anything he or I saw. And I was late paying my final payment (I was paying cash) and no one bugged me about it. I was sent reminders to pay that I ignored until I could pay them. Life has been very life-y.
No way
Everyone at Pacific Exteriors was great. I would recommend you highly.
I would recommend Pacific Exteriors to a friend. Neighbors and people driving by have made many positive comments.
