It is a very short and quick process from start to finish. Can not find that anywhere.

I needed to update my single pane windows desperately

Kubala installed a double storm door on our 1970s double front door. Our initial consultation was great, and Joe showed us a lot of our options and taught us to use the design interface. Scheduling was quick and convenient, and the hardware arrived when we were promised it would arrive.

During the build, the workers were clean and professional. We had a small issue with the storm door handle hardware interfering with our original door handles - Kubala immediately helped find a resolution, and the build crew was out the next working day to build out the door casing to accommodate our new storm doors! The crew cleaned up the site immaculately, and the solution was perfect for us! The door is lovely, the sales aspect/communication was informative and honest, and the customer service and follow up was responsive and fantastic. 10/10 would recommend based on this experience.

Absolutely happy with the work done by Kubala Home Improvements. They replaced most of our windows and a sliding glass door. Showed up when scheduled. Completed ahead of estimated time. Cleaned up as stated they would. Great care was taken to protect inside flooring and carpet as they worked. We will definately use their services when we are ready to finish the remaining window replacements.

I really appreciated their thorough and clear communication - it’s not always a given with home contractors (even folks who do great work don’t always communicate well) so it was very refreshing to work with people who made it a priority in addition to doing great work.

This is the second time we have used them and they were way better than the first time.

They did great work, we’re flexible with last minutes changes regarding what we wanted for our house project. Pricing is steep, but comparable to the other “big name” companies and for the quality of work and great responsiveness, it’s definitely worth it

For 7200 dollars, I still found two screws in my driveway and a price of trim that must of flung of when cutting in my backyard. I will never recommend this company.

Kubala has done several sets of windows for us over the last 3-4 year, and the quality of work has been consistent each time. The windows have held up well, and are a massive improvement over the old single pane windows we replaced. If we have future door/window needs, they will be the first place I call.

The whole process from measuring to installing was smooth and effortless on our part.

They deliver what they say if there’s an issue, they respond to it immediately it’s nice when you have a problem an actual human being answers the phone. The problem is rectified within a couple of days. They honor their work 100%. How many companies do you know do that?
