They were very professional. Their pricing was competitive. Their response was timely. No matter when I would reach out to them, I would get a response very quickly, as compared to some of the other competitors.

Six to seven people had roofs done on our block. The other competitors were willing to interface with the insurance adjuster to try to get a more generous settlement from the insurance company, Patriot was not. That was a disappointment.

I can not say enough great things about Patriot roofing. Bill and Matt took care of me from day one of the initial inspection. Knowing nothing about roofs myself, Bill walked me through the process and even met the insurance adjuster at my home! Bill also told me about installing a fortified roof, which I knew nothing about. Some insurance policies cover that cost, however mind did not, but Bill still had a solution for me. He told me about a grant program through NCJUA that could cover the difference between a regular roof replacement and a fortified one. Long story short I was approved and did not pay anything extra out of pocket for a better product. As an added benefit I also saved some money on my yearly insurance premium because of this.Matt was amazing at helping me pick a color and drip edge, again I knew nothing about, for our home. He kept me up to date via text when the crew would be there to install our new roof. They showed up promptly when they said they would and were finished up before I got home from work. They even went around the house and picked up nails and debris. It looked as if they weren't even there!I would recommend Patriot Roofing Company to friends, family, neighbors, random person I met at a gas station, and anyone in between!I can not thank them enough for helping my family keep our biggest asset safe for years to come.

Patriot roofing is in my opinion the gold standard of customer service, flexibility and professionalism. They worked for two days 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. I'm a fussy customer and didn't have to point our any concerns when the job was through. I would recommend Patriot Roofing and would use them again (Houston was my project manager). In my opinion, they're exactly what you want when looking for a roof quickly and professionally installed on time and at a ver competitive price.

I met with Feazel Roofing, Master Roofing and Patriot Roofing Company and decided to award the roofing replacement with Patriot Roofing Company. I have completed my due diligence and reviewed several Roofing Companies and compared the GAF Timberline HDZ High Definition Asphalt Shingles. Vs Owens Corning High Definition Shingles AKA Architectural Shingles. I have decided to go with the Owens Corning High definition Shingles with the Sure Nail Technology. With Sure Nail Technology, a unique triple layer of reinforcement occurs when the fabric overlays the common bond of the shingle layers, offering excellent fastener holding power. Compared with standard shingles that have only one or two layers in the nailing zone.Mathew Melton came out and did an inspection of the roof, gutter, shutters, deck, and window screens. He took pictures and showed me all the problem areas. He also assist me in a very timely manners and per my request and he came back several times to provide me the roofing material samples, GAF Timberline HDZ sample vs Owens Corning Sure Nail Technology sample, Duraridge HIP & Ridge Shingles with Sure nail technology, Rhino U20 Synthetic Underlayment, Ultimate lifetime Silicone Pipe Boots, Ice/Water shield in all valleys.Also, I have specify to use the Rust-Oleum High Heat Paint (better product and long-lasting than the spray can) and use the regular paint brush to paint instead of using the spray can to paint the roofing exhaust vents. Mathew Melton work with me and meet all my required material specifications. Also, the Owens Corning Duraridge HIP & Ridge Shingles with Sure nail technology the material is twice thicker than GAF Ridge Vent Shingles.Mathew Melton took pictures and showed me all the problem areas. He also assists me in a very timely manner to file the insurance claim and walk me through my options with all detailed damaged pictures.Bill Bolton, one of the owners from Patriot Roofing Company came by to inspect all roofing material and replaced the material that damaged by the material supplier during the truck delivery.Bill scheduled his own roofing crew (most other roofing companies use the sub-contractors and only focusing their marketing and sale teams) and Bill did an excellent and scheduling his own crew and come on time at 7:00 AM to perform the roof replacement project.Werner is the lead roofer for the roofing crew and did a good quality work and finished the 3,576 Sq. Ft two-story Single-Family Home Architectural Roofing within a day. Mathew also, arrange the Gutter contractor to perform the Gutters and Gutter Helmets replacement and the contractor Leopoldo did a good quality work and finished the whole house Gutters and Gutter Helmets with a day.The Patriot Teams – Mathew Melton, Bill Bolton, Werner, and Leopoldo are awesome. From the consultation appointment, numerous follow-up material review meeting to job completion, the whole teams handled every aspect in a professional and timely manner. Mathew Melton made the process effortless on my part, especially dealing with the insurance company. Our Roof, Gutters, and Gutter Helmets looks great!

I have all faith in Bill. He was trustworthy, honest, and great to work with. He answered all of my questions in mere seconds.
