They did the work on time and it looks great. When the old shingles came off there were problems I didn't know I had due to rotted plywood from old leaks. Ryan told me it was a possibility. The plywood was replaced and sealed. Problem solved.

My roofing job was completed yesterday and I have recommended Patriot Roofing to more than 10 coworkers and friends.

Ryan and the team did a great job with my roof. There were 2 skylights that needed replacing, a solar hot water system rack that needed to be removed and reinstalled, a false center chimney, and multiple roofs/roof lines. Despite all of that, the team arrived at 7, had stripped the roof by 10, replaced some rotten sheathing, and completely re-roofed the house and garage by 4:30 pm.

Anyone with a truck and a hammer can be a roofing contractor, I guess. You can pick the local contractor with the fancy trucks, fancy new building and offices and pay a fancy price given that their inspection of the roof was cursory at best. Or you can go with a lowball bid all the while wondering why that bid was so cheap. Or you can contact Patriot. No flashy trucks; just a team that knows what they’re doing.

You’ll get a very thorough inspection report - if you’re looking for a roofer, then you already know your roof has issues, right? There’s nothing inexpensive about having a new roof done, so best to be sitting down when you review the quote. Once you’ve gotten over the sticker shock, Patriot will answer your questions in a straight forward manner. You can also ask if there are any ways to trim down the cost without sacrificing the integrity of the job. In our experience, there was never any pressure to approve the estimate or sign a contract. One other contractor - the one with the stupidly outrageous price, offered free financing for a year. Yeah - not really +FREE+ is it?

Give Patriot a shot, compare estimates and talk with referrals from all of the contractors. Then you can make an informed decision.

Ryan was great to work with and came as a reference from two people who had recently had their roof done with Patriot Roofing. The team did a great job cleaning up the yard after and it was a quick process.

From our first interaction with Brandy, who surveyed the roof and provided an estimate, the entire experience through installation and cleanup was thoroughly professional. Patriot was not the lowest cost quote nor was it the highest. We considered many options for Owen’s Corning and GAF. Brandy was always available to answer our questions by phone, email or in-person. I can tell you that Patriot’s crew busts their butts. We had a two car garage, a storage shed and the very steep pitch house roof, which has many complex angles, all completed on schedule. Crew members are combing the shrubs and bushes for any nails or debris. Outside, other than the new roof, you’d never know the crew was here. We are very particular about how things are done. Although it’s only a few weeks since the roof was done, and time and weather will prove-out the integrity of the installation, we’re confident that we make the right decision choosing Patriot for the job.

The Patriot was simply AWESOME. I could not have asked for a better job. They went above and beyond what they were contracted for to insure that the job was done correctly. As the job progressed they made suggetions that improved how the previous roofing had been done, as well as improve the area around the chimney to prevent any future snow or ice buildup around the chimney. I could go on but these are the people you want to do your roof.

The Owens Corning product they used is of excellent quality and value. The installation crew put down forty squares plus new skylights all in one day.
