I was not pleased with their communication. I feel since I was a smaller job we were not fully taken care of. Not only that, but I had to coordinate the schedule myself. It was also difficult to understand the estimate and payment. I was told different things by the project manager and the associate that came to my home. I was pleased with the project manager. The associate that did my estimate and took my pictures, said if I did some work the price would be lowered. I thought my insurance company paid all but my deductible. I never received any money back. Furthermore, I also got charged for a dumpster that was never used. I did the tear out work myself. They did end up taking off some price off for the dumpster. It was a confusing process to understand at times.

With the busted pipe it took exactly six weeks for what they called a "small" job to be fixed. AT this point, leak was repaired and a new vanity installed, so I just signed them off and we took over doing a lot of touch up. I patched painted a severally gouged base board and we had to clean up in floor corners of 3 rooms. It's like they swept into the corners. The plumbing work was excellent as performed by Jacob of Greater Bay Plumbing.

Everything ran very smoothly and went as scheduled. I was able to get in touch with whoever I needed to at whatever time I needed them. I always knew who was scheduled to arrive.
