For a relatively simple project, it took over 4 1/2 months to complete. The project manager was absent, and the subcontractor was incompetent. They had to offer a discount to complete the work. We had a terrible experience with them.

I think they could be a little more organized with their payment records. Everything was paid in full and then they came back 2 months later for a deductible.
