A pipe had cracked in the wall during the winter. It was to a hose bib, and did not leak until I used the hose in the spring. I did not know it leaked for a week, not until I used that hose a second time, and noticed water on the floor. Initially, I did not think the problem was as dire as it turned out to be, and did not file a claim. When I did, PD got here quickly after the claim was filed, had the necessary equipment, and knowledge to handle the problem.
