The overall visual finished look is pretty good. However, during the construction process, and after, I discovered several things that were not done as they should have been. This in combination with other less than satisfactory errors during the process makes me wonder what they have done wrong that I don't yet know about. The company certainly lacks finishing and detail skills. The staff would get a poor rating due to the first guy assigned to my case scheduled two appointments and did not show up for either. He was let go, by my insistance, on the project. The next that came on seemed to lack respect of my time, ect by saying he would be here on certain dates, call me or whatever and I would never hear from him. The bright spot on the employee lever was Armando. He was always here when he said he would be or would let me know if he could not be here as planned. He seemed to undertand things from my point of view whereas all the others would just say whatever necessary to satisfy me at the time. I have pages of detailed documentation of conversations, phone calls, work process, ect and based on this could never recommend this company to anyone!
