Paul Davis offers superlative care for belongings and excellent cleaning services. I had a good experience from the first phone call until the last box was unpacked. I highly recommend them for asbestos remediation and the care of belongings during the process.

I had a very bad experience. Paul Davis Restoration didn't do the work, the subcontractor did, and they weren't capable of doing a quality job. I'm not usually picky, but it took them 3 times to get it right. They were not prepared.

All of the employees at Paul Davis Restoration did a wonderful job of easing and simplifying the incredible burden of a house fire. Our only suggestion would be to have understood better what would happen to the clothes and electrical items. In hindsight, we could have gotten our things before they took them all away to have them cleaned or refurbished and returned. We ended up paying for items to be cleaned and refurbished instead of going through them beforehand and throwing away the items we did not want anymore. Overall, we are very pleased with Paul Davis Restoration. It seems that they select employees based on their interest to help others, solve problems, and close gaps for their customers. They were truly fantastic to work with.

These services can be a blessing to people who really need it but they need the right people in place to be in charge of the process. The people they have on staff are all young and too me did not seem ready for such positions. I had a horrible experince.
