I am not likely to recommend Paul Davis Restoration of Lexington because the process took too long, was inefficient, there was no communication, and the work was not done perfectly.

They did a wonderful job on the roof. However, the project manager that was on-site ended up quitting halfway through. So, the painting portion ended up costing me money to get fixed properly. The owner of the paint company slammed the door in my wife's face. I tried to make it right with them, and they would not respond. It cost me money to fix things they messed up. The roof does look great. It is what it is.

My representative from Paul Davis was great and the overall service was excellent. My only recommendation would be that they pick different sub contractors. The one that did my flooring did not pay attention to detail very well and the work was average at best.

Mr. Lucchese met with me and was attentive, helpful and quite realistic with setting expectations and timelines which he met. He coordinated with at least 6 subcontractors in this job. When unexpected circumstances occurred as they typically do in a complex remodel/restoration, he owned the issue and found solutions.

They didn’t clean the shower, toilet, or sink were the back up occurred. They also came into areas they had no reason to be and tracked septic residue through my living room.

Paul Davis Restoration Company was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our schedule. The work was fantastic and everything was finished to our satisfaction. They worked very hard to resolve a troublesome issue with our stair railing and they went above and beyond to get it right. We'll be calling them in the future for our remodel needs.

The representative from Paul Davis was less than polite, bordering on rude. He acted like he could care less about our situation or our opinions. It is our home and we know what we like and what we want and that was hard to get across many times. The final project turned out OK, but it took longer to do because he didn't listen and had his own direction he wanted to go in or had companies he wanted to purchase products from that did not have what we wanted. We finally had to be a bit rude ourselves to get it done the way we wanted and that made a bad situation even worse. Also, the insurance adjustor said after all the repairs were done a company would come in and clean our rooms where all the damage and repair dust was, yet no one came to clean and we had to do it ourselves!
