Paul Davis helped me fix extensive bedroom ceiling damage, which was essentially a large hole in the ceiling. I worked primarily with Chris and could not have wished for a better contractor. Chris is responsive, attentive, and helped me a great deal in navigating the insurance claim process. I wanted Paul Davis to work on the ceiling when I was away, since it was a multi-day project. The guys did a great job repairing the ceiling and cleaning up the room--I came home to a neat bedroom with all the damage fixed. Paul Davis went even further and did other minor touch ups in the rooms, which was much appreciated. Overall, an outstanding and reliable company.

The project manager came to do an estimate, and would not give me any information, just said insurance company will let you know and they will send me a check and I can decide then. Well the insurance company would not share because they would only if we choose the m to do the job and they would pay them directly. I asked for copy of estimate from Paul Davis and they refused to send it directly to me. How can I make an honest choice of who to choose for repair if I do not know how much I am being charged. I feel they just want the insurance company to just approve without customer ever knowing what they were charged for until work has been finalized. not good customer service.
