From the start of the project, the project manager was personable. He made me feel comfortable and gave me ideas on different things where I was stuck. He always responded to my call very quickly to make sure I was taken care of.

They were inconsistent with communication. They charged for things that they didn't do.

Good workmanship but not enough workers, and too far distant from their facilities in Lakeland. Job took way too long (late Sep to 2nd week of Feb) to get finished.

They were slow and never showed up on time.

The contractor, AB, was overwhelmed with many projects yet always answers the phone immediately to see what I liked and did not like or if I was having any issues. He communicated very well with us and always solved any issue that we had. The work was done on our rental home, and he was very nice to our tenants as well.

I think he had the best crew I have ever seen! They were very polite and even helped me figure out how to use my new cell phone. They were easy going and I have nothing bad to say about them.

From the very beginning, they kept in constant contact with us, answered our questions, was available over text and email, and they replied quickly. They did a great job.

They seemed very courteous, and Kevin and A.B. were good guys to work with.

Right now I wouldn't, maybe later.

Joe was wonderful.

Our construction manager was AB he was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond, he made up for all the errors on behalf of the original sales guy.

Probably not because of the workmanship after a major hurricane. When we were in need of experience help, they let me down.By the way, we used this company for 1501 Mississippi avenue Lynn Haven FL not for our Priestly Dr, which is Reynoldsburg OH.

They were very professional and very expedient with it. I couldn't have asked for a better company!

This is a "2" because of just the timeliness of the project.

I would tell someone about the experience I had and warn them that the project wouldn't get done for a while, unless they speak up and say something.

I would not recommend them.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend and use them in the future. They were very professional.

Paul Davis was very professional in their presentation and on the administrative side. Some of the people that came into our home were not what they presented in the beginning.

I highly do not recommended this company. If you want it a certain way, scheduled that way, etc., it won't be done in a timely manner.

The people ,subs etc. were very pleasant and the finished work etc. was very good but the verious parts of PD don't have any communication with each other so the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing or when it is doing it. It caused frustration for us and extended the time and cost. During our job a new lady, Barbara was hired and she totally recognizes the problem and , if allowed to , can probably correct this. The mix ups during our job were to many to list here but I'd be willing to go over some of them if anyone wants to call me. Bill Petitt
