I believe that Paul Davis Restoration has a commitment to doing a quality job. However, their execution of the work left something to be desired. They did send a number of highly skilled people to my home. A few were lacking and this resulted in many delays and redos. All in all I feel they did a decent job.

Although I disagreed with minuscule, little things, I would still recommend the company.

I cannot thank Paul Davis Restoration enough for their attention to detail and overall customer service. When I had questions about the process, they took the time to walk me through it step by step to restore my home and to make it fell like home again. Darrin Storey, the project manager, is absolutely the best person to come into my home and get the work done correctly the first time. Also, the people they brought in, I never had to question if we were safe. As a woman and a home school mother, with a daughter, I felt comfortable with every person they had working on our project. That group was amazing.

Paul Davis was very kind and patient, even when we had some stumbles. They gave me straight answers when I had questions.

I would definitely recommend them and give them a 10 rating. They are very good and worked around my schedule. They go out of their way to give good service.

At a time when I truly needed they they were wonderful. Expedient, professional and courteous. They made sure I was completely aware of the entire procedure and followed through on everything we discussed.

They did a great job and made sure everything was done to specifications.

It took almost a full year to complete the restoration work due to the incompetence of some of the contracted labor this company used. I had an upstairs toilet leak, so I needed a downstairs wall replaced and my wood floors refinished. Throughout the project, I kept having to contact the owner to have work redone because it was not done correctly; simple things like sanding the wall correctly, painting around the trim and in the corners, replacing floor trimming, were not done correctly.I give them 3 stars because the owner did make it right and everything finally looks like it should. I could tell that they were not happy either with the work their workers did and apparently they hired new labor. But my rating is based on my experience.

Everything was frustrating with the process.

They were excellent.

Never never ever again. Your company is so bad, that our HOA is about to put out a warning! I am not going to renew my policy with Allstate,...that is just how bad this has been. From January 2021 until almost May, at this point, we still do not have an upstairs' bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and it is still not workable!!!!!!!!!! My life mission will be to alert others to Allstate and Paul Davis. Our torture will not be in vain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend them.

In the end, they did make it right.

Paul Davis Restoration of Rome GA did a very good job! They worked with my time schedule and I would recommend them to anyone!
