His brother, Brian, ensures all windows are measured exactly so the factory knows how and what needs to be created. His son, Daniel, is the team lead for installation.
His team consists of truly hard workers that are skilled craftsmen as well.
Nobody can lay down a line of caulk with the speed and conformity like Daniel.

Paul Henry's was in contact with the manufacturer's rep before they left our premises and secured another product on an expedited delivery schedule. Paul Henry replaced s set of patio doors a few years ago, to fix flaws from the original builder, and did an excellent job. So, when we had issues from a recent roofing job that the contractor wouldn't address without us paying him more money (because the things, which I consider common sense roofing, and the original contractor did not point out when replacing our roof, was not in the contract), I decided instead to go to someone we've learned to trust,and called Paul Henry. His team did a great job fixing what I contracted them for and even walked the roof to make sure everything else looked good.

They did great work, and we’re very happy with our windows. The work looks outstanding, and it was at a completely competitive price without high pressure sales pitches and all that nonsense.

In conjunction with the end of a complete gut and remodel of our townhouse kitchen, we decided that it was time to replace the original 3 windows forming the walk-in bay by the eating area of the kitchen. The Covid delayed order for the three windows forming the bay was worth the wait. Not only is the product excellent quality, but the 2 crewmen went far above and beyond to complete the installation in on very long day. The demo revealed that it was going to take replacing the complete exterior aluminum in addition to the original estimate. The finished product is even better than we could have imagined.
