Our experience with the Payne & Tompkins team was excellent! Our project manager,Jeff, was responsive, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Our designer, Jill, captured our vision and created a perfect plan. The finished product is a perfect, professional and high quality beautiful improvement to our home which we hope to enjoy for years to come. We couldn’t be happier- thank you Jeff,Jill,Shelby,Sarah and the entire team for treating our home as if it were your own!

While our design team and general contractor, Joe, were excellent. The consistency mistakes with the third party providers were so overwhelming, that we could not in good conscience recommend them to others.

We are very pleased with our renovation. While the initial process of pricing was difficult, they did an excellent job in completing the project to our desired look.

It truly is hard to imagine a better experience. It starts and ends with the team. Every person in every role was deeply committed to success and this was on display throughout. Expectations were clearly articulated at the beginning and throughout each phase, this was a major contributor to the smooth experience.

I highly recommend the Payne & Tompkins Renovations team. They did a great job of understanding what we wanted to do. The same project they completed was difficult to get bids for. As with most major projects, there were many challenges, but they saw the potential, understood the benefits and did a fabulous job! They were open and honest regarding the costs and timing. This was especially true with some of the changes we really wanted even once the project began. There were five major areas of improvement that were added and they were willing get it all done. Their flexibility with those changes, along with the craftsmanship and excellent communication made the project extremely worthwhile. We are really enjoying our newer home!

Overall project management and quality of workmanship was exactly as we expected, and the team did a great job in helping us through some of the more challenging design decisions that had to be made throughout the process.

I would 100% recommend Payne & Payne to a friend. They are extremely reliable and professional. The project manager was at our house almost daily to make sure the contractors were completing things on schedule. I am satisfied with everyone from Payne & Payne Renovations except for the painters. They were pathetic and sloppy. For a high-end renovation, I was not happy with them. The initial contact and demo people were great.

My husband and I are pleased with the quality of service during our renovation. We love using our sunroom and redesigned mudroom.

Having had some bad experiences in the past, I was prepared for disappointments and frustrations with this project. There were *none*. Payne & Payne were exceptional in every single way; I am absolutely delighted that we decided to work with them. Our project was not at the most expensive end of the spectrum, but we received such outstanding customer service from beginning to end that you'd think we had hired them for a multi-million dollar job. It's been several months since the project was completed, and my wife and I continue to marvel at the quality of the work. We could not be happier with the experience or with the end result. We've been recommending Payne & Payne to everyone, and we will certainly hire them again if we decide to do more work on our house. Just outstanding.

Schedule - We hear many stories (involving other contractors) about projects not going according to schedule. Payne and Payne was meticulous about being on schedule and communicated very well about even tiny changes.
