We didn't get any information on the warranty. We were told we would get a follow-up about the warranty. Although, I did get an email. It's not what they told us. That somebody would contact us in a day or two and somebody would initiate and go over the warranty. With that, I'd say we needed more communication.

I have limited experience working with contractors, and normally due home repairs, and updates myself. However, I have no problems working with Potomac. They are top notch, payed close attention to my concerns and needs, and would have no problems working with them again.

I will not recommend them until their professional presentation matches the crew they send out. I was expecting a professional crew, but instead the crew that came was sloppy. Furthermore, I am familiar with contracted work, my son, and husband both worked in the construction field. They went out to inspect the home before doing an installation.
