Construction Quality - One of our new floors was defective due to a manufacturing issue and Peacock replaced it!

Reliability - We were concerned about having our project completed before Thanksgiving. Despite having issues with the shower base being damaged (twice), it was completed with time to spare.

Reliability - The construction took longer than anticipated to close. It felt like the big stuff got done and we were no longer a priority because the team was behind schedule. It took until April/May to fully finish, when we should have been done within 4-6 months - more like December/January.

Value - Our new space is beautiful and 100% worth what we paid.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Tony and team worked well with us on timeliness for our own electrician, communicated well and kept us up to date on when to expect them and any subs coming. We work from home so it was helpful to be on-site each day to answer questions and make immediate decisions.

When there was a concern, I brought it to their attention, like the shelf being too high, and they probably adjusted without it being an issue. I'm a very forthright and direct person, and they didn't even blink an eye to my request or questions but just worked to address them!

Areas For Improvement - There are no areas where they fall short of my expectations. My designer, Nick, was amazing! He checked in throughout the project. I had a good rapport with everyone who was on the project.

You don't get that these days with companies. They are a great company, and I am very picky, but earlier in the survey, when it asked if I trusted them in my house, I would've felt comfortable leaving them in my house alone.
