It's so easy to see why Roofing by Stacy Pearson is certified as one of Owens Corning's "Preferred Contractors". They were by far the easiest contractor we've worked with all year. We've had to use them for both a roof replacement (covered by insurance) and roof repairs (not covered by insurance).PROPOSAL STAGE- Despite a detailed proposal, I had many questions about material choices and alternatives. Not only was the estimator - Nick - not rebuffed, he clearly explained why he preferred any given option over another.- Nick is a total roofing nerd. He invites questions, readily chews on my hypothetical scenarios, and is up-to-date on the industry. My favorite contractors enjoy that they're constantly learning something new with every job.- I felt zero pressure to rush and sign a contract. When we couldn't picture how different shingle color patterns would look beside the brick and siding, Nick dropped off physical samples so that we could make comparisons in real life. Over and beyond!CONSTRUCTION- The crew was large and efficient. For a large roof with steep slopes, the crew took only two full days. We didn't even have to be home.- There was someone constantly clearing away trash and scanning for nails.- Nobody looked exhausted. It's disheartening to me when crews are too small and burnt out. They seemed to have a high degree of mutual respect with both the company's owner and estimator.POST-CONSTRUCTION- Nick proactively paused and asked what we thought of the finished roof, which is so inviting to raise any concerns. I never felt like I was wasting his time.- Because we already had a primary point of contact, I was pleasantly surprised to run into the owner - Stacy Pearson - outside after job completion. He was unobtrusively reviewing the roof, and we had a pleasant chat.WARRANTY- They did all the work to register our warranty and send us the confirmation with the "Owens Corning Roofing Product Warranty registration number".- Given that a proper warranty covers so many years, at least pick a contractor that has already proven that they can stay in business for decades.LOYALTY / ROOF REPAIRS- We needed last-minute small (less than 3ft x 3ft) repairs on two different occasions due to an inept decking contractor, and Roofing by Stacy Pearson came out immediately to assess the damage. They are on top of prioritizing their customers right before Austin's random rainstorms. That kind of assurance is simply invaluable.

Stacy uses only the best products. Helps him sleep at night. Explained to me why Owens Corning over other competitors he's used in the past. Work was done very fast and all cleaned up. Lifetime warranty is a major plus.

My roof looks great and working with Mr Pearson was a pleasure. I have and will continue to recommend him and his roofing company to others.

If you want a truly excellent customer experience, contact these guys to repair or replace your roof. I have been a Quality Manager for multiple fortune 500 companies, so I know how difficult it is especially these days to hire people and get quality materials. This team owns the customer experience from the day prior to the job, previewing the site, through demo and high speed precision installation, to superb site clean up. The finished product is superb, cosmetically and functionally.

I have been a quality engineer and manager for 3 fortune 500 companies, so I am aware of the difficulty hiring quality personnel. Stacey has overcome this. His crew shows up a day ahead to assure that they know and have everything they need to do the job. The day of the job, they arrive early and take measures to protect air conditioners and plants during the demo phase, which happens amazingly fast. They apply a new underlayment which is totally waterproof, prior to shingle attachment. The shingles are applied rapidly with great precision. The finished product is superb. They put tarps around the entire house to catch demo materials and facilitate rapid and effective clean up. Best of all, while they consult with you on how they do the job, they let you decide from the option available. Their competition was not only more expensive with upsells, but admitted they were not going to do everthing this company does to assure the highest possible customer experience.

This is the second time that we have had a roof replaced by Stacy Pearson. The first time we used them, we left on an extended trip and when we returned the work had been completed and everything was in perfect order. We highly recommend this company and have found them great to work with.

Everyone at Roofing by Stacy Pearson knows their stuff. Samantha was great for "office stuff" and we dealt with Stacy himself for getting the estimates and job scheduling. The work crew was fast and efficient and Nick (Project Manager) stopped by to check-in and answer any questions/concerns (we had none). Overall, it was a great experience -- well as much as having people hammering on your roof all day can be!

Stacy Pearson had done a roof for us previously. That is why we called him all these years later ( 9 ) when we needed one for our new property. We remembered Stacy and what a great job had been done before. His availability after the roof installed was amazing. He always took our calls and would answer our questions. Once years ago, we thought there was an issue and he came out that night personally to look in to it. It was nothing, but he was came to reassure us. We knew we had picked the right roofer right then.

The roofing was promised to be completed in 1 1/2 days: 1 day for the house and a half day for our hangar. The crew was extremely efficient and able to complete the entire task in 1 day. Although the work came in slightly higher than the estimate because of some unforeseen issues with the of shape of the roof and construction issues under the old roof, the rom was done on time and professionally and I would recommend this company.

Roofing by Stacy Pearson was done exactly as I had contracted. The crew used was at my house before 8:00 am in the morning and worked diligently to get the job done. They cleaned up my property removing all nails, scrape material, etc. so that it looked like they hadn't even been there. I am very satisfied with Roofing by Stacy Pearson.
