The office that we worked with in Dallas did not seem to be able to put things together in a timely fashion. The salesperson who worked with us didn't put the order in. It was three months later, they scheduled it for this day, and we waited, and nobody showed up. When I called, they said we never got your order. The people in the office cannot control their sales staff and get things done in a timely fashion.

The process was easy and my expectations were met with flying colors. The crew was friendly and professional. We are replacing windows in two phases. Phase 1 was the back of our house and Phase 2 (front and sides) will be done next year. We will definitely be using Pella to complete Phase 2.

The people that came out to do the work did so good. I noticed that they fixed my whole door. I used another company previously. They were very expensive, and they didn't do the lining the way that Pella did for me. I wish I had found Pella first.

The windows are so beautiful that I now love looking out at the yard. They are crystal clear and have reduced the heat in the room. Such a beautiful change to the house!

Have recommended Pella to a friend

The crew who installed our windows were wonderful. I’m a little disappointed in the quality, however. I’ve had Pella windows in the past, and I just don’t feel these are as soundproof even though I have triple pane windows. They are expensive, but I don’t feel the soundproofing I received was anything near what I was hoping for.

There is no question that if any of my acquaintances are in the market for new replacement windows, i will highly recommend that they consider Pella.

No. Not if Andersen is nearby. Used them both within the last three years. Andersen much better and, actually, cheaper.

Not anymore. I always have recommended Pella after my previous projects. No more. See below for more details on why that is including waiting an extended period on customer service hold, being told I'm number one in the queue and then being dropped after waiting five minutes.

I don't think they were very clear initially with detailing the costs of the door and windows. It was a door and two small windows. I believe the cost was over $13,000.00, which I feel was absolutely way out of line.

I am not certain I would recommend them, only because I felt the decision was rushed. When the salesperson was here, the focus was on doing it today, and you don't need to talk with anybody else. In hindsight, I should not have done that.

Everything from first meeting to installation was professional. Based on other estimates I received,I think the price was fair especially for the product quality. It was a positive experience.

The installation was excellent. The heat reflection capabilities are excellent.

I really liked the 2 installers and they did a really great job. The first sales person was fired after he made the sale. The 2nd sales man was good, but he needed to follow up with a call after the door was installed, just because that is what building a relationship is all about. I think he’ll continue to grow and be a premier salesman for Pella.
Our screens still have not arrived. Rather, the order arrived but one was damaged so they had to reorder the one.
Also, now the Door Handle your guys installed is now turning crooked. It needs attention.
