My husband & I are THRILLED & so satisfied with our new step in shower!! We had been thinking about doing this project for quite a while. I saw an ad on Facebook for Max Home & decided to schedule an appointment for a consultation. Our sales representative, Shawn Miller, was very knowledgeable of the bath services they do for their customers & explained to us in full detail our design options & pricing. Shawn made sure that all our questions were answered and we understood what to expect. He told us it could possibly be several weeks before install, depending on what materials needed to be ordered, etc. However, within a week or so of talking to Shawn, we got a call from Max Home & they said they had the supplies to get started on our project. Originally, our estimated install was scheduled for the end of October 2024. But... our install got rescheduled to much earlier than expected! The installer, Todd Watson, started the project on Sept 30 & completed the next day (Oct 1st-Happy early birthday to me! ) 😉 Todd did a fantastic, I repeat, FANTASTIC job on the install!! Todd was really good with staying in contact and answering any questions/concerns I may have had. The project took two days to complete because of what needed to be done to prep for the new shower (pull out old tub, wall tile, etc), but when Todd was done, he made sure he cleaned up the area really well, explained to us how to use the new fixtures, and went over the finalization paperwork. Other than the final result & the excellent customer service, I am happy to know there is a lifetime warranty on Max Home products. We would definitely recommend Max Home services to anyone interested in updating their baths and other areas in the home.

The crew arrived in a timely manner on time. They were polite and excellent craftsmen. They covered the ground where they were working. They cleaned up everything. It was clean as a whistle.

The presentation and presenter was very thorough and professional. The installer worked extremely hard and fast to complete the installation in one day. He removed my bathtub and surrounding walls to install a walk-in shower. I am very pleased with his work and the shower is beautiful! I have no complaints and I will highly recommend MaxHome to my friends.
