A very user-friendly approach was deployed by the Contractor team in working through all of the details involved with constructing home. Everyone on the Contractor team was knowledgeable and the collective team built a very high quality home.

All of their people addressed every problem in a timely manner and their work is exceptional. We were happy with everyone that worked on the house (subs were so polite, office folks always helpful) and Tony and Jay were great but BJ definitely made a difference when it came to calming us in those stressful times and assuring us that all would turn out well (which it did).

The whole process was outstanding. Communication was outstanding, subs were outstanding, comments and suggestions on ways to do things better and cheaper were outstanding. I constantly have people come by the house and marvel at the transformation Phillip and his staff were able to complete. We worked together on this open slate of a rennovation and did it within the budgets presented. If I ever have to build or rennovate again, I hope I have the honor of Phillip being on the project.
