They did pretty good and I did not have any issues. I would have preferred if it were done in a more timely manner, but with Covid and all of the weather delays, there was not much they could do to help that.

Area Of Satisfaction - Phoenix: Everyone was very responsive and thorough in all explanations throughout the entire process. The workmanship was done to a high standard and we have no complaints. Insurance Carrier: Everyone was very nice once we actually got a hold of them. Alacrity Services: We were satisfied with all the recommended contractors and appreciated that we didn't have to be out of pocket for all the expenses. In addition, it saved time because we did not have to go out for multiple quotes. If a garbage truck ever hits our house again, we'll be sure to repair it through the Alacrity Services and Phoenix Construction.
