We are beyond pleased with our experience with Pinnacle Window and Siding Co. We found them on Angie's List. They were narrowed down as 1 of 3 companies for estimates on our exterior door replacement project. All 3 requests were answered. 1 gave a bid without any dialogue with us about our needs (they asked us to measure the door ourselves), so they were easy to eliminate. 1 never responded again after our initial conversation. Only Pinnacle had a good telephone conversation with us, then promptly sent a sales representative (who arrived when scheduled), who was professional in appearance and in presentation, and who brought catalogs and discussed our options. He even helped us to save money by evaluating our current door hardware (handles, locks), and telling us that we did not need to purchase new hardware. During his appointment he provided a bid, and we immediately accepted - we felt that we were in good hands. Promptly an installation expert made and arrived for an appointment; he evaluated the project and took measurements. The door was made to order, and was available earlier than estimated. The installation team arrived exactly on time, and did a thoroughly professional job in installing our new exterior door. We were contacted the next day to evaluate our satisfaction - and the caller was the owner of the company. We had a very pleasant conversation, and while we were on the telephone the company emailed a $25 Starbucks gift certificate! We would use Pinnacle Window & Siding Co for any future project. As new homeowners in a new city, it was a wonderful start to this home ownership experience! (And by the way, this was a project in southeast Atlanta, an area of exciting, rapid growth and change; so many home improvement companies for other projects won't even bid in that area; 2 even stated, "we don't go there!" Pinnacle was not at all hesitant to do this job, in an area where homes are now selling for $400,000+ yet formerly was an area of primarily rental properties. Well done, Pinnacle, for serving all.)

The company is professional, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. You would not have known the installers were here doing the work and when they left everything was cleaned 100%.

Easily the nicest window company that we worked with in getting quotes for replacing 34 windows (we went with Okna Eco Pro 600). They were not pushy at all during the sales process and delivered exactly what we ordered without issues. The installation was professional and clean. The caulking job around windows was top notch, super clean and smooth lines. Our plantation shutters had to be removed for installation, and they reinstalled them perfectly. Just a wonderful job all around and great attention to detail. Pinnacle was also price competitive and did not try to sell us things we didn't need, unlike many of the other companies that gave us quotes. Keep up the good work!

Pinnacle did a great job installing a new front door at my house. We love the build quality and look of it. And their quote was several thousand dollars less than another company we were also considering. There were a few minor hiccups during the process, but they worked with us to get those resolved. The owner of the company personally reached out to me to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I really appreciated their professionalism and attentiveness.

We replaced all the windows on the front and side of our home. 26 windows total. This was a great experience start to finish. I got a detailed quote. With some specially shaped windows, it was a long lead time, but that was what I was hearing from all my quotes. The order came in on time, they showed up to install on time and worked hard to finish before a storm came in. They even double checked the caulk the next day to make sure everything had set properly and the storm had not caused any problems. They were very careful with my existing alarm contacts which made them easy to reconnect. They were very neat and cleaned up so well, I did not have to do any cleanup after they left at all. Steve, Robert and the whole crew were polite and professional. Quality windows and excellent service. I wish I had done this a long time ago.

I am extremely happy with Pinnacle and our new windows. I chose Pinnacle after talking with multiple window replacement companies (a couple recommended by other friends). I liked their window options the most and felt they would do a good job and stand behind their windows and work. They also had great reviews on Angie's List, etc., that gave me additional comfort. The Pinnacle salesman did a great job with showing me options and explaining all about the windows. We originally needed to replace a few windows but after choosing the windows, we decided to replace all of the windows in the house. It made a huge difference in the appearance of our home. The installers were amazing and very nice. They were very detail oriented in making sure the windows were in perfectly. They left all areas clean. They also left our alarm contacts just as we asked so they could be hooked up again by the alarm company. We were very impressed overall. All communications with this company have been great. I would highly recommend them.

We did a lot of research on windows before we selected the Soft - Lite Elements line. We then approached Pinnacle Window about installing them for our home. They were professional, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. They had a great attention to detail - so much so, that they even came through twice before the installation to confirm measurements and quality of install. This is a first rate company - their installation crew which included Robert and Stephen - were fantastic! I research things to death when it comes to home improvement projects. I got 6 different company estimates (most inc Pinnacle came highly recommended from a FB message board I'm on). I chose Pinnacle (the Soft-Lite Bainbridge windows and the Heritage and Legacy doors) because of their installation warranty (smaller companies don't really have much of one), the quality (welded seams) and efficiency (energy star rated for south-central) of the window compared to the other brands, and the fact that they require no money down. The sales process was great. Dennis was very patient as I continued to research and ask a ton of questions. I was really nervous about them covering the exterior trim with the PVC aluminum trim coil but Dennis showed me the many colors available and I was able to find a color that matched my existing trim perfectly.As expected, it took awhile to get all 51 windows and 4 doors in but Dennis kept me updated throughout the wait. As soon as everything was in, I got the call that it was time to schedule and they were available that next week.For installation, it was a rainy week, but Pinnacle always communicated their plans so we always knew when to expect them and they always arrived on time. After 3 rain days and 3 work days, our windows and doors were installed. I was very impressed with how clean the guys kept the work area at the end of each day, and I really loved the look using the PVC aluminum trim coil over the exterior trim. We had some pretty crazy handyman work on some of our door frames but the guys did a great job of installing solid doors and they ensured all of our wired and wireless alarm connections were back in place. The guys even thought ahead and removed a wreath hanger from the old front door and had it waiting for me when I got home.Getting new windows is a huge endeavor but Pinnacle made it a very smooth process and we're extremely happy with the new look and feel of our home. If you are in the market for windows and/or doors, definitely call Pinnacle!

Pinnacle Window & Siding did a phenomenal job with our windows. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Our sales agent, Dennis, was straight-forward and honest. A 30-year veteran in the industry, he can provide any and all answers. I went to great lengths to research and review many companies in the north Atlanta area prior to moving forward with Pinnacle. Not only do they offer top notch products, with the best install team, but their prices are very fair. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire process. They did an amazing job and the pictures do not do it justice.

Lee and his crews are professional and came highly recommended to me. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of product and how the installation went. The header of one of the windows was rotting from water seeping behind the rock because there was no weather barrier. They immediately notified me of the problem. They put the window in temporarily and are coming back out to permanently install later after I get the issue fixed. Great to work with. I highly recommend.

Their salesmanTom Wright professionally answered all my questions and the installation crew of Sean and Jasondid a fabulous job in installing the new windows in my house. On completion of the job, the owner Lee Fullerpersonally called me to ensure that I was entirely satisfied with the job.

There are 2 important aspects when buying windows, the company installing/level of service they provide and the window itself.The service: Pinnacle was top notch from my first interaction with them to the the project being wrapped up. I got my appointment set up quickly and easily, Dennis showed up on time and was super easy to work with. He brought in sample units of the brands that I was considering and was open to all my questions. He was able to answer all my questions without issue and with NO PRESSURE TACTICS! I got my quote via email that night after Dennis left. I had some follow up questions which Dennis answered quickly and when it came time to sign on the dotted line, it was easily done via email. Steve came out to do follow up measurements, again he was on time for the final measurement and answered any questions I had. It took approximately 6 weeks from the time we finalized the contract to the install date, however Pinnacle would have been ready a week earlier, it just didn't fit my schedule as I as out of state. On install day Steve, Rob and Kevin were on site 5 minutes early and were ready to start the install. They made sure to give us time to move our vehicles so we wouldn't be blocked in while they worked. They went right to work removing the old windows and putting the new ones into place. They also cleaned as they went! They would remove the old window, take the old window pieces to the driveway where they kept them neatly stacked, installed the new units and then vacuumed the floor on the inside where they had worked. You could walk into the room behind them and look out the brand new window with no signs that it had literally just been installed. There was a 4th gentlemen that I didn't get to meet as he was outside doing the exterior trim work, he did a great job on the exterior work. When they were done with the install there was no clean up required on my part, there was also no painting or drywall repair required. I got to immediately enjoy my new windows! The guys even made sure not to crush any of the exterior plants around the front of our home, which was nice. After all was said and done, the owner of Pinnacle Windows - Lee - took the time to call me the next day to find out how everything went and to ensure that I was happy with installation and the product. These guys really are a class act. I have a couple doors which I will be having them replace when the time comes. I will be recommending Pinnacle to all of my neighbors and anyone reading this should definitely check them out. You will find prices that are lower than Pinnacle and you will find prices that are higher for sure, but you will be hard pressed to find someone that provides the service that these guys do at the price point that they do. Pinnacle has been in business for 30+ years with a great reputation, so no worry about warranty service!The Product: When you are buying windows the actual product is sometimes over looked as all the different window companies have different tactics for selling their products. It's important to look at the SHGC, VT and AL ratings of the windows. SHGC (Solar Heat Gain Coefficient) and AL (Air Leakage) are both important here in Georgia, the Okna and Soft Lite lines both have great numbers in that department. Okna and Soft Lite both also have great warranty, but you need to keep in mind that the windows warranty is only as good as the company installing the window. I personally had the Okna 500 series installed in my home. For the price offered by Pinnacle, it was an absolute no brainer!If you are looking for windows, give Pinnacle a call and let them take a look. They definitely get an A+ for their work on our project.

Our custom windows from Pinnacle are even better than we envisioned. Our home looks amazing and we are so pleased. The customer service was excellent. The old singled pane wood windows were damaged, so repair work was needed before replacing the windows. Then they capped with the repaired wood brick mold, window seals, and window nose. No maintenance now. Many of our windows went from a pair or three multiple windows to single large picture windows. Steve and Jason, the installers, were master craftsmen, trustworthy and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Two of our best friends from church recommended this company to us after their excellent experience. We will be passing on the same recommendation to other friends. Nancy, who runs the office, was a delight to talk with and kept us well informed during the whole process. She was very patient with our many shopping decisions. Our comfort level changed drastically. We don't feel a draft around our windows anymore and have noticed our home is quieter. Many companies we talked to each sell the same exact product, but Pinnacle's variety of replacement window manufactures, quality, and price for the money was better than competitors.
