Melodie and her team completed a beautiful master bath and bedroom remodel. She was receptive to my ideas, but really I used most of her ideas as they were creative and exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated that during the project she and her crew were respectful of the rest of my house. I love my new bath and bedroom and only wish I had enough $$ to have her remodel the rest of the house!

Overall our experience was positive and we love the remodel. Everything is beautiful. I give 4 stars because the project dragged out at the end. I really liked working with Melodie and her crew. I also like that she invoices as she goes. So even though the project went much longer than I would have liked, I didn’t feel angry that I had given her money up front and she didn’t show up to do the work.

We were very pleased with the work that was done. New backsplash and a new shower stall was installed. The backsplash and tile in the shower is perfect. Liz was a big help in our selection and handled everything efficiently. Could not have asked for better workers than Brian, Shawn and John. Their work was excellent.

We used only PDD from beginning to end of this project. We needed to have a wall taken out and a doorway installed in it on short notice. PDD handled doing the on site inspection, estimate, negotiation for contract, planned work and some unplanned work all within the needed time frame. The new doorway is gorgeous and blends seamlessly into the rest of the area. It looks like it was always meant to be there!

Melodie went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect tile for our backsplash. She is very creative and had great ideas. Brian and Bob did an excellent job of installing the backsplash. We would definitely recommend Pittsburgh Design Diva.

Melodie and her team handled a complex City of Pittsburgh second-floor master-suite remodel for us with expertise and quality workmanship. It was clear from the start that Melodie cared very deeply about creating a beautiful space and finished project, and her and her crew's passion was very much appreciated. The project included hardwood flooring install, movement of a structural supporting wall, and installation of brand new master bathroom with custom shower and second floor laundry. While the structural and plumbing permitting process did cause some delays in the sequencing and timing of the overall project, we were thrilled with the quality and beauty of the final produce.

Aside from her great work, another area in which Melodie stands out from most is that she was very timely in both the sales and construction phases of the job. She visited us to design and estimate the job when she said she would (shortly after we contacted her), and was timely in providing the quote and scheduling the job. She arrived on schedule to do the work and worked continuously (everyday) until the job was completed (including some long hours on a couple of days). No waiting, no delays, no no-shows.
