I was very impressed from start to finish. From when Mr. Eric arrived until he and his partner left. They both did a great job.

Lots of things were not properly installed, and I have an issue with the company and handling my checks with them.

It didn't look totally professional. It wasn't a professional finish to our shower at all.

I wanted both the doors in same color beige. One of the door was a different color and this was made clear to both the sales person and the project manager. After the installation, the project manager came back saving they don't make the swinging door in same color. They should have been knowledge and transparent upfront, so that wr could have picked a different color.

My payment due date was put in wrong by you! It is supposed to be on the 28th of the month! Which means I paid you 8 days early. You have my due date as the 19. Which looks like I am late and be charged a late fee when in fact the agreement with salesperson before signing, was the 28th of each month!!!! I was assured my payment due date would be the 28th!! He even called the finance department before I signed! I don’t like being lied too nor ripped off! Change my payment due date 12/28/24 as it should be!!!!!!!!

I have never met a more professional crew. They came in and worked diligently for about 11 hours straight to give me a beautiful bathroom shower. Wilbur was the lead mechanic and was exceptional, but so where his partners; all were kind and professional.
