Excellent service work was exceptional. Overall very happy.

Very professional and polished in terms of reviewing the job and presenting an estimate. May have been on the expensive side, but the job was well done, any agreements or timeliness were met, people showed up when they said they would, our yard was left clean and as they found it. Any issues were quickly discussed and resolved to our satisfaction. Anyone involved in the job, from on site to over the phone, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

P.J Fitzpatrick were the installers and were really good and the house was very old.

The job is not done yet. We have not heard from them. We already received a bill. Their work was good.

Professional and easy to deal with

From the time the salesman came and we ordered the window. It took about eight months. Wrong measurement was taken. The beginning salesman quoted and price that was unrealistic. A manager quoted a price that was manageable to pay.

I am pleased with the thoroughness of their explanations and the overall outcome of the work, particularly the appearance of the shower. However, I am dissatisfied with the cleanup process. They left trash in various areas including the porch, grass, driveway, bathroom, kitchen, and even a pile in the closet next to the water shut-off. Additionally, there was trash under the sink unit. I am also uncertain if all the disability products were installed in the shower, as there was supposed to be a footrest. They did not sweep after completing their work. I recommend that future contracts include a clause requiring them to clean up after themselves.

Excellent. They were thorough and cleaned up beautifully.

The negatives are; the price is outrageous, so I would ask for that upfront. The sales pitch system withholds the price until your time is wasted making selections, and you realize you cannot afford it. The contract language is horrible for the customer, and it is also withheld until after you agree on everything. The positives are; the employees are terrific, they are all very nice and patient. The salesperson was helpful and very efficient, and she was knowledgeable as well. The installers were great, but the equipment was not. The soap dishes are flat-bottomed but should be open bottomed, my shower hose was a bit too short, and the company should include or sell a curtain with a weighted bottom. The advertisement says "no money due for a year and no interest", however that was not true. I paid $4,000 up front and the rest was due at the time of the installation. I was able to do that, but some people might be taken off guard by that.

Job was fantastic but still not complete after ten weeks.

Probably not. Despite having gotten estimates to compare, the high-pressure "Sign today" sales pitch was uncomfortable, and we had an issue at the end the project manager never got back to me about. Also, the quote we were given was "We estimate about 10 days for the project", which was one reason we signed for the price. Then suddenly it was "We can probably finish it in one day."

Installers did a great job with this installation.

The salesman painted a great picture of service. I am satisfied but not as happy as expected due to the tone of the project manager and their lack of replies to all inquiries or concerns.

Very satisfied with the sales person and the installers. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping us decide what we wanted. The installers were very prompt and careful with the work they did and left no messes.

Cost

Fitzpatrick did a great job from sales people and project managers organizing the projects to the crews that executed the work. Good work, good results and we were very happy with the experience!

Highly disappointed in PJ Fitzpatrick. First, we felt strong armed by the sales tactics. After sitting through a few hours presentation about our roof and door replacements, they presented an outrageous estimate for the front door (they wouldn't talk price until after we finished designing it). The roof estimate was overpriced too, but seeing the price of a new roof side by side with the cost of one front door (and being nearly the same price) made us go with it. We were exhausted by the end of the presentation, and they pressured us to signing the day-of with "efficiency" discounts. When we accepted, they pulled both of our credits without asking (I wasn't aware they were doing this) and rushed us through signing a flurry of documents. The next few weeks went by with a variety of people reaching out and coordinating scheduling. It never seemed like we had one direct contact, and often felt like there were crossed wires with communication. The work was completed, we weren't home for much of it. We came home to a huge hole in the attic ceiling where an attic fan was installed. We aren't sure how it happened, but our project manager indicated it may have been caused by someone falling through a hole in the roof when they were installing it. No one reached out to us when this happened, we were left to discover it on our own. This began a two month saga of trying to get this hole replaced in our ceiling. PJ Fitzpatrick didn't have anyone to fix the hole, so I had to find someone to do it, pay them out of pocket for the repair, then email and call continuously over the month+ to get reimbursed. We initially went with PJ Fitzpatrick as they were a large company and apparently did good work, so we assumed their behind the scenes coordination and administration would be top notch, but it was not. I would not recommend them for any future projects.

Good friendly and straightforward

I was lied to by salesman, no communications between teams, Project manager was disconnected from the project, sloppy work, fascia materials were cheap.

The “after” process with PJ was painful and so frustrating. I had to follow up on items multiple times. It’s a shame because my salesperson was fabulous and the work done was excellent.

The salesperson showed up promptly and well prepared. All of the options and pricing was clearly laid out and communicated clearly.

Job finished in one day, area cleaned up well.

We were very happy. We did have a problem—it wasn’t really a walk-in shower—but they came back and made it that way., We were happy. We have friends who have walking difficulties, so we would recommend them.

Very professional

The work was quickly completed. Several days after the job I had to replace a tire because a screw was in the inner side wall. I know I can't blame this on the job but I have found nails on and around my driveway as recent as August 4. I don't believe that the area was double checked for nails. I also found staples.

I had a back door installed. The gentleman that did the installation was very professional. He did most of the installation and then called for some help to finish. The other gentleman was just as professional. The area was cleaned the way it was when they arrived. All the details of the installation and the warranty were explained and the paperwork was signed. I would highly recommend this company for their services.
