Platinum Roofing Solutions LLC did not disappoint. Their workers arrived early and were ready to begin at 6:30AM. They worked steadily and efficiently, even though the temperatures were pretty low! They completed the job on time and cleaned up all around the house, making sure that there were no stray nails left around. Couldn’t be happier with my new roof!

I recently had to have my roof replaced. Tuzer was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Anytime I called he responded, any question I had he answered. I was stressed and worried about the entire process however, with all of his help it was a breeze and I couldn’t have asked for better! The customer service he gives is outstanding, thank you for everything! Candy was also excellent, when I had to call and obtain information for my insurance company and had a few questions for myself. She was very polite and eager to help me with whatever I needed.

Jeremy is the rep who worked with me. He was very thorough. He worked with me for a year after the last hurricane. He also dealt with my insurance and tried to get it covered, even though it was unfortunately not covered. He stayed in touch and helped me through the process. He was very knowledgeable and made sure my questions were answered.

I couldn't have ask for anything to have been better. I'm sure there was some minor bumps but there were so many positives that I can't remember the bumps.

They made sure to communicate with me and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction.

The group that they contracted with did a lot of damage to my yard. The workers had really bad attitudes. There weren't enough workers to do the job that needed to be done to keep from having the damage.

I have worked with contractors in several states as I built and remodeled libraries. Platinum Roofing is one of the best with which I have worked. Excellent service and a quality product. Definitely choose them if you have any roofing needs.
