I've used them on a few projects and there good people to work with from the workers on site to the office individuals you converse with and from what I've noticed so far the materials used are top notch

The siding team lead by Anthony was phenomenal. They did such a beautiful job that I have had comments from neighbors about how well it was done. They also paid attention to all details asking me every time how I would like things done. The roofers did a good job on the new roof as well.

This installation of my HardiePlank siding went smoothly, and Brian & his crew were friendly and cooperative throughout. The whole area was cleaned up upon completion.

Polar Bear made this project run smoothly and my old 1948 house looks so much better. I was impressed by the speed of the work crew and how well they cleaned up everything afterward. My only regret is that I wish I would have had Polar Bear install new doors at the same time.

Polar Bear replaced my siding and gutters. The crew was very courteous and made great progress each day. All work came at the quotes I was given and my yard was left completely clean of debris. I opted to have primer siding so I could have a custom paint job done. When getting my paint quotes the paining company was so impressed to see how well my siding was installed, making their job easier. They wanted to know who did the work, because they were so excited to see such a good installation job.

One thing that did happen, but wasn't their fault. We had drainpipes added on. They had to come back and fix our gate because it blew open, and destroyed one of the downspouts. They came out and replaced it and fixed it within a week. Everything was fine. The project manager came to do his final review, and I showed him what had happened. They fixed the latch on the gate so it wouldn't happen again, as well as replaced the drain pipe.

We engaged Polar Bear Exterior Solutions to do a full exterior renovation: new roof, gutters, windows, doors and siding. Every person we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with the quality of the products used, the installation and how we were treated.

We were extremely pleased with the jobs done by Polar Bear Exterior Solutions. It was a pleasure to work with a professional company that are recognized experts in various areas. We were able to get all of our exterior work done (except painting) by this one company. The company is large enough that each type of job had its own crew, which increased the expertise level of the workers as they are able to focus on one area. The quality and look of the finished job far exceeded our expectations.

We had a very positive experience with Polar Bear from the first phone call. Two sales guys came out to give us the pitch, Uryah and Francis, they were very knowledgeable and personable. They gave many options and offered other ideas of things we could do. Materials arrived quickly and the crew that came out to install the windows were respectful and provided quality work. We are very happy with the windows and have received many compliments from neighbors. Highly recommend if you are in need of new windows.

Polar Bear does excellent work & is uncompromising with respect to the materials they use (which matters re: roof longevity & warranties). Highly recommend this company, especially after meeting with 6 others bidders. They also prioritized our roof because we had a leak!

I feel so fortunate to have had the wonderful experience of their quality products, professional installation and conscientious work crew. My neighbor made the decision to have her roof done by your company after hearing my glowing endorsement. We both love our “Polar Bears”!

They did a great job on the siding. But when I turned on the lawn water system after they were gone, it did not work. After looking at it I found that one of the shut off valves had been turned off. When I turned it on water shot out of the sprinklers. If there was a problem they should have told me. Instead they didn't say a thing and even the last walk though cancelled on me, now I know why. Good job on siding but not telling me about the broken water system was not good. NOTE: They had to move the system in order to put the siding on. Only one valve was turned of so they knew there was a problem.

They spent time exploring the right type of roof I need. They have a lot of expertise and that's what I needed. Plus competitive price.

Joesia, Scott, Anthony and Chris from Polar Bear completed a prefinished James Hardie siding installation on my multi-level home. They tore off the old LP Inner Seal siding, and replaced some rotted OSB with new plywood. They wrapped the house with the James Hardie wrap, and sealed all penetrations. They blocked around the windows, electrical, and hose bibs, placed flashing over the penetrations and at the base, then placed siding square and level on all sides of the house, including numerous pop-outs with intricate fitting. They then sealed it with color-matched caulk. They did a fast, high quality job. I commend this crew and recommend Polar Bear Exterior Solutions for your siding needs.

I loved our installers and the material. They were on time and worked over if they had to. The siding is stunning, and the office staff worked with us very well. Although, the work was started in March, there are still products stacked by our driveway that haven't been picked up.

I cannot say enough about them. The crew was professional, friendly, fun to have around and worked hard. I cannot say enough about them. We ran into issues with the house, which had nothing to do with Polar Bear Exterior Solutions, and everyone has been really helpful to resolve those issues. They are one of the best companies I have ever worked with.

Everything was fine. The only thing I found that was disappointing is they broke one of my yard lights while they were doing the work. I can glue it together no biggie but it would have been nice if they had said something and offered to glue it together. They also cut the screen on one of my windows. It is small and minor, but I wish they had said something about how they cut it. Other than that, it was fine.
