Ponderosa Builders provided a safe and clean work site. They also provided a quality rebuild that was finished on-time and for the agreed price.

Our old refrigerator leaked all night and when we woke up seeing all the water on floors in kitchen, laundry room and dining room, we didn't think to take pictures, just grabbed mops and started moping. I called Sears .I had a warranty on refrigerator since I bought it back in 2000. When they answered phone, I told them about all the water on my new floors. My husband turned water off from refrigerator. They sent repairman out next day and he said it was filter housing that had cracked and caused the flooding on floors. He called in to his boss and told them, ordered new part and said Sears would pay for it and flooring. I would get Part around Tuesday of next week. Later I went back to kitchen and found more water on floor. I did called Sears back after finding more water on floor. Guess habit for repairman to turn water back on when finishing a job. Repairman came out and put it back in. Turned water back on for ice maker. Everything worked fine until Sears called Whirpool Rep. and he told them the refrigerator was too old to fix. Sears said they could not fix our floors but we could call our home insurance to tell them and they would fix floor I told them I had been paying all those years for warranty on refrigerator and they said they were sorry couldn't help me. I called my home insurance and they referred Ponderosa Builders out to check on floor. He was very nice and helpful. We told him what happened and he started measuring floors. All their repairmen new their job and my floors were beautiful after putting in new floors. I would recommend Ponderosa Builders to anyone who need a good company to help with their repairs.Thank you so much for all the hard work you and your men did. Martha Johnson

You need to thoroughly check your contractors before you agree to any of them.
