Areas Of Satisfaction - We had a pretty complicated project, as we had multiple elevation changes to deal with. I thought that PE did a great job on the design process. The design and execution of the multiple retaining walls necessary to handle the elevation changes was terrific. It flows beautifully, is extremely functional and creates a luxury backyard atmosphere that we will enjoy for years to come!

Additional Comments - Many thanks to the whole team at PE! It was a pretty intense project because of the terrain that PE had to deal with. The weather was also not our friend, as the rain was a real pain, causing multiple delays. But the team at PE hung in there and worked to finish the job in the right way. The execution is great and the look is all we had hoped for.

I was happy, but we would have been even happier with them if we wouldn't have been in competition with other people who were trying to get their pools done also. It would be better to build your pool when no one else is building pools. It just seemed like they were building a lot of pools at one time, so there would be about 3 weeks when nothing was happening. That is a long time when it takes 4 months to build a pool.

Pool Environments is the best. This was my first time "building" a pool and had heard horror stories from friends who had done it. I looked at three companies when deciding who to go with... And while Pool Environments was a bit more expensive than the others their level of professionalism and preparedness was unmatched.The process was incredibly easy. They held our hand through the whole process and took care of every detail. Their scheduling department kept us up to date on each step and were very easy to work with. They also referred our landscaper and pool maintenance team to us.We ADORE our pool and the entire Pool Environments staff. Thank you!!

The project started well but ground to a hault. Weather played a factor but the delays compounded and issues with getting contractors on site and poor management drug a small project out 6 months. A come to Jeasus discussion was required to get management focus. After 9 months there are still technical issues being resolved. The pool is a quality product but poor job coordination or over commitment of prijects made the process mire painful than it should have been.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The number one thing I am most satisfied about with Pool Environments is the of quality, honest and integrity from start to finish. Quality: I always felt that the finished product would be as great as I pictured in my head. I never once thought we would be sold something that would not be delivered. The feeling of quality and the knowledge that the end result would be as excellent as represented was always present. Honesty and Integrity: I never felt we were being lied to or that the project was just about making money. The project always seemed most important and paying for it was just a by-product of getting the quality we expected. I never felt that I would make a payment and then never see the contractor again or that we would pay for something that would turn out to be a "lemon", requiring repeated return trips and new contractors to fix. I highly recommend Pool Environments and would not consider using any other firm.

Randy is extremely talented and creative, he has an eye for the desires of the less informed in the area and created an incredible design for us that has brought many compliments. Jake is FANTASTIC! As stated above, Jake has the experience to handle any matter or crisis, he had no problem with us calling his cell phone on weekends, during his own personal time (which we tried to avoid), and made us feel like we were his most important client, even though we know he has many. He has a great demeanor and handles clients complaints or concerns courteously and professionally.
