Having such a massive job done in 2 days was amazing - with beautiful results.

The product and the job as a whole is expensive and I expect the final product to reflect that. The small details that make a job look of good quality were not done as well as they should have been done. One example is the silicone placed in the edges. It’s too thick and somewhat sloppy. It’s too thick. There was damage done to the other side of one wall where the shower plumbing is and needs repairs. Nobody has called me to and about it nor to schedule the repair.

Value questionable and just not as I expected

The install followed the timeline we were initially given, everyone we contacted along the way was professional and followed through on what we discussed.

The entire process from beginning to end was perfectly organized. Luther Fedora spent a great deal of time with me helping me select everything for the walk-in shower; Millie Velasquez was a thorough project manager assisting me in re-scheduling a few times due to heat problems here at my home. The two installers, Daniel Sanchez and Jorge Torres, were very organized and pleasant to have working here. They did a beautiful job installing and in communicating. Plus they were speedy in completing the project just as scheduled. And they left everything clean and neat.

Several issues and disappointments regarding installation, probably specific to this case. End result is satisfactory. Would recommend with reservations.

The men you sent to do the work were absolutely fantastic! Bruce, Hector and Jeff were very professional, efficient, friendly and kind. They even changed the battery in a smoke alarm that was beeping in a back room. It was fun watching them work. I learned a lot. The shower is beautiful. They finished in 2 days and thoroughly cleaned up everything. If I could give them a higher rating than 10, I would!!!

The work that was finished, passes. But the job that was agreed on is NOT what my 88 year mother , received!

The problem was & still is, the floor of the shower is 31/2 - 4 in. Higher than the rest of the floor. It's not the getting in. It's the getting out that's the scary part for Her

Pricing was over the limit and I should have signed. My friend paid $8,000 Less for the same job. I got ripped off.

The sales man, was smart and relaxed and helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. The best sales person I have ever dealt with. He should get a reward because I am very hard to deal with, I have been told by my husband.

I would recommend Pacific Bath to my worst enemy!

The tub is nice but there were a few issues. We believed we were getting Kohler faucets but the faucets say made in China and we found them loose. There was a scratch on the top of the door and little bits of silicone on the tub. Also after they left, we found the sheet rock in the bathroom below cracked with a footprint. The workers were good to work with, but should have taken more care in their workmanship.

I don't think they are timely with their response. I wanted an issue to be resolved; the shower has been installed for a week, and the person who sold me the package, the $20,000 shower enclosure, said someone would call me back from the office in 24 hours, and it was 24 hours yesterday afternoon. I have not heard from anyone.

I trust the Kohler name and company.

I cannot wrap my head around how this shower cost as much as it did. I would have trouble recommending this to anyone because so far I haven’t talked to a single person who thinks it was a good value. In fact, everyone I’ve mentioned it to has told me I got screwed. It is a nice shower, but the price for what we got was way too much.

Not likely to recommend and will post comment and review on social media to expect compilation to take 30+ days.

I had 2 walk-in showers installed at the same time. They were quite expensive, but the Kohler name and the lifetime product and installation warranty persuaded me to use this company. They are the only company that represents the Custom Kohler LuxStone system in our state. There are some installation errors and other small issues that preclude me from recommending them to a friend. In fact, 2 people have asked me about installation for their house. We do not give our recommendations lightly.

Worst customer service ever. A job that was supposed to be in two days took 4 weeks because no one could tell us when to expect the shower doors.
