Not good communications regarding delays in the project. I had to follow up.

There were 'spots' on the accessories. the installer was here to solve the problem the day after I called.

The tub was installed correctly, but the tub surround and decking was done in an unprofessional manner.

All said and done the cost is why I would not recommend the product. Got me once not twice, learn from your mistakes.

The scope of our installation for exceeded what would be expected as normal. There was a glass block window and wall to be removed and reframed to accommodate one shower wall. Plumbing needed to be moved from one location to another and it came out perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the installation. It meets everything we wanted. Thank you for a professional touch :-)

We came to Pacific Bath when we had a leaky shower and several attempts to find and fix the leak had failed. Ultimately it became clear we were going to have to have the shower redone to a large extent, and while you work was more extensive and more expensive than we originally expected, we're confident that it was the right call - to do it right, and thoroughly, rather than potentially coming back to it for further repairs again and again.

We had a really positive experience from start to finish. The completeness of the work and the warranty make me trust that our new shower will be in good working condition for years to come. The installation happened sooner than we expected and finished faster than we expected, and the team was so tidy and respectful of our home. The quality of work was exceptional and we love the product. Levi and his coworker were professional and enjoyable to work with. Only 3 weeks passed from the time we signed the contract to onset of work, which was complete in two days.

On the first day we had an unfortunate issue with neighbors in an adjoining condo, The plumber and installers are to be highly commended for the way they handled the situation.

Our project contact, Michael Warren, was extremely helpful in putting together a plan that would work in our small master bath. In addition, Levi and Justin were wonderful throughout the construction and installation. As feared, there were some stumbling blocks when walls were opened up, but they found an acceptable way to make it all work.

Very slippery shower floor, problem solved by applying an abrasive compound (twice). There is a 1" gap under the glass shower doors. This leaves water on the floor outside the shower stall, poor design.

Work was started on time,per schedule

If you are looking for a walk-in tub with all the bells and whistles (jacuzzi, heated back, easy walk in) and will use it regularly, or at least once a week, then this $25,000 will be worth it. I was looking for a simpler walk-in tub for my elderly husband but he is enjoying it at least once a week so I am happy with it.
