It was very professional, everything was upfront, communication was great, I always knew what was going on, they phoned ahead of time and if there was an issue, it always got resolved. The work was done in a timely manner and the home looked awesome when it was done.

They came ahead of schedule, we couldn't be happier. They did a better job than the original builder. My wife was extremely happy.

Excellent work. Remodel bathroom, replace front door and storm door, exterior trim. Gutted bathroom and replaced to our specifications. Exterior doors and trim needed additional repair do to age, turned out beautiful. Hope to have them back for additional upgrades to our 30-year-old home. Fair price and professional staff. Would recommend.

I am unlikely to recommend them because they are not professionals. They came to my home as they were recommended by my insurance company to do the work in the basement and fix everything. They were supposed to remove the old kitchen before they could build the walls and the floor. When they pushed things back, they broke things. They broke my island, and they didn't want to fix it. There was a lot of discussion between us, and it almost turned into an argument. They will fix it, hopefully. The kitchen cabinets broke off the wall, and they didn't fix them. They just put them back. They broke my refrigerator, and it wasn't working after they left. I called them on that, and they said it wasn't their fault because my refrigerator was old. They put it back and it wasn't working, but it was working before that. We had an argument about that. We agreed to pay for half of the refrigerator. The refrigerator is still not working. I had the repairman come out just yesterday. They are not professionals, and they just put things back. We were supposed to have two coats of paint on the walls after they put everything back, but they only put on one coat. In some places they put on two coats, and others just one. I had to call them back on that as well. At first, they didn't agree, but afterwards, they agreed to do it, but they haven't done it yet. They are not competent or professional, and they don't take responsibility for things breaking. They caused a gas leak in my house while reinstalling the wood floor. When the workers left, I had to call the gas company, and I had to get my family out of the house because they were afraid there could be an explosion. I called and told them there was a gas leak in my furnace somewhere where they were working, and that caused an argument. They said they didn't do anything there, but we agreed to pay half of that as well. There were just so many things they messed with. They are not competent or trustworthy and do not keep their word.

They had good service and quick service. Everything was done in less than 6 days, wow!

The workers were nice people, and I am satisfied with the work.

IT SEEMED LIKE THEY PUSHED TO GET THINGS DONE OUTSIDE OF THE AGREEMENT AND WHAT WAS WANTED BY THE CUSTOMER. THE LACK OF COMMUNICAITON CASUED A LOT OF ISSUES AND IT WAS COSTLY TO THEM AND DELAYED THE PROJECT. I AM HAPPY ITS OVER BUT IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE TO GET TO THIS POINT.

They were fabulous, always on time and did above and beyond what was expected of them.

It took longer than it should have to complete the work but it was not Potomac's fault. One of their vendors sent the wrong window. My only other issue is that I am still waiting for the screens that were not installed when the window was.

Potomac Valley Building restoration did a fabulous job restoring my house after a very large tree fell on it and broke 8 trusses! They do a great job, so are very busy. I would have liked them to start sooner, but once they started, it went very smoothly and actually quickly. The job they did was amazing!

These Gentleman cared about my home, like it was theirs. They were also very helpful and were able to give advice on non related issues in my home

Our insurance company first introduced us to PVBR after we suffered water damage. Beginning with our first meeting, we were impressed by there professionalism, timeliness and structured approach to our issue. After checking referrals, we proceeded with their proposal. Our project is now completed and everything that was told to us has proven to be accurate. Their Project Manager gave us daily updates on schedules or delays which gave us much comfort. This was very important to us since we were living in the house during the restoration. The best part was that they completed the project ahead of schedule. Having worked with many contractors over the years, it is our opinion that PVBR is among the best.

The crew from Potomac Valley Building Restoration was a great team to work with. They were professional, courteous and their workmanship superb. I was always kept in the loop on what was happening. They would review with me at the end of the day what had been done and what to expect for the next day. I would highly recommend them!

I was very happy with their work!

They had a contractor come in and I did not particularly care for him. I would give them a 0. They did a lot of damage and Potomac Valley had to repaint the bathroom. When they laid the tile, they must have put their feet up on the wall. They put marks all over it. As far as Potomac Valley, they were perfect. The guy that did the linoleum - I did not like them at all. They were sloppy. The Potomac Valley employees and supervisor were excellent. He just had them repaint the whole bathroom. I don't want the others coming back here.

Both JP and Gerald were terrific from start to end. Very much customer oriented.
