1. Be way more open about how much window size difference there is from orthogonal to new.
2. Sales guy was great.
3. Fit and finish is just okay for that expensive of a window.
4. Manager was going to come out, but we couldn't meet on his time. We paid and heard no more. Wanted to go over the fit and finish on the product and have some gaps in caulking that need filled.
5. Still trying to figure out the warranty, as the web page doesn't have a place for the code entry?

I set an appointment for between 12-2 p.m., and they called and said they were running behind and would be here between 5-530 p.m., then they never showed up.
