I was impressed with the frequent communication and the professionalism of the installation crew. Scheduling of the different services was seamless and all of the different professionals were prompt, courteous and efficient ( and dog friendly!)

From the sales person to the plumber at the end of the job, everybody was just efficient, dedicated to their work and made the experience very pleasant !

I've done a lot of project work with Home Depot. Precision Countertops is the best provider the Home Depot has that I have worked with.

Your company had knowledge of our cracked countertop and still installed it. There is glue on the crack on both sides. The crack is all the way through to the bottom. It is not a fisher. Your installer saw the crack and told us our countertop would soon fall apart. The crack is already chipping away. It is in front of my sink to the other end of my countertop. My husband saw the crack Feb 28th. No one from your company has called since your installer Steve saw the full crack. Today my husband noticed the rest of the crack. It goes all the way across our sink to the back. It has glue on both sides. We have additional phots for you to see. The crack is so obvious with the glue on both sides.

I realize this was a project through Home Depot and that had some bearing on how we were able to resolve our issue.
I didn't have the feeling that Precision was really that concerned about what I perceived as an issue. I would hope that they would treat a customer with a Home Depot project like one who came into their showroom looking to update a bathroom. I'm not sure I will use either Precision or Home Depot again for a project like this.

They were a perfect fit. Hime Depot screwed up with the order, but you did a good job with the production of the tops. Really liked that yo sent the splash guards long so I could custom cut them.

Big scratch / crack in my counters. I have to fly back to Portland to meet the tech at the house so he can try to fix it. Expensive mistake.

You are not able to make it right, the installation has been done. I have no desire to redo it, I'll just live with it the way it is.

I can't speak for anyone outside my area, but if you are in, or close to, the Spokane market you should definitely contact Precision Countertops. They have great people in that area.

The salesman at the store was excellent. We found exactly what we wanted. The installation was very well done.

Not happy that we did the demo on 95% of the tile and they refused to credit us. Had we known that this would be the case, we wouldn't have wasted our time. We did everything except take out the wood piece that held the tile (didn't know that it needed to come out) The guys that come don't help at all with anything. Took our sink and basically threw it on the patio. No knowledge of what they do and what they don't do prior.

When initially shopping countertops at Home Depot, I could have not expected a more professional group of individuals working to measure, deliver and install. In the days of take a number, robo customer service, and the sentiment “it’s the customer’s problem,” Precision restores my faith in what live professional craftsmen should be doing in all areas of home design and improvement!

This has been the simplest part of an overall nightmare of a build that took forever. From start to finish the process of selecting, scheduling, templating and installation, Precision has been great.

If l were smarter when the estimator said they could not do all the work hd charged me for l should have stopped and got a new contractor

We placed our countertop order through Home Depot. A few days after the order, we were contacted by Precision Countertops. They closely monitored whether our kitchen cabinets were ready and responded to our questions promptly. Later, a crew member came for the measurements, and shortly after that, the countertop was installed.

In summary, the process involved multiple steps, and they handled each one with great diligence and professionalism. We were very satisfied with the outcome.

Would tell whom ever that they need to know what they want. Precision follows direction well but not great and helping educate you.
