Precision Countertops was professional and responsive from beginning to end of our project. There expertise made the results better then I envisioned!

I would NEVER recommend Precision Countertops. The first installers did a terrible job, the countertop was off level by 3/4 inch. To get it installed properly took THREE weeks during which I had an only partially functioning kitchen. Fortunately they were contracted through Home Depot who took responsibility for the bad installation. Precision Countertops NEVER took responsibility for the terrible workmanship of their first installers. In particular neither Nathan (project manager or Sally took responsibility. Nathan did not respond to texts or phone calls or only responded after a few days. Sally was also slow in responding Precision countertops has no regard for the customer and does NOT take any responsibility for their workmanship. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The way it was explained to me when he came out to measure was that I would have been able to drop-in sink and just have to hook up the brackets, but I had to build up all sides so that I could put in my sink. and make it stay in place.

Let me start by saying that after 2 months of back and forth with Precision and Home Depot, I am now happy and satisfied with my kitchen counters. I based my rating on the time and frustration involved in making a wrong, right. There was an issue with one cut on a quartz counter which resulted in a gap I was not willing to live with. Without going into alot of details about our back and forth with Precison I will just say that the staff at Home Depot stepped in and made it right. The overall frustration could have been easily avoided if Precision really cared if I was happy or not. I think that Home Depot's intervention was the key to our satisfacion. My advice to future clients is to keep in mind who your contract is with.

The installers were quick, professional, courteous and did a great job. The digital templating service however is ridiculously overpriced and I regret paying for it. We got two alternate layouts beyond the initial one, all for the low low price of $200. Ugh. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I am pretty neutral on a recommendation, I have more clean up and wall repair work than I expected, I get that things happen so a bit of drywall repair and repaint ok, but the customer should not be cleaning adhesive from the new product.

Outstanding job

Well things started out great, Good response from home office about install time and date. Guys came out did a nice job, Looks great, Same was Invisible. But the guys were not paying attention to what they were doing when they placed the countertop down. Left side of counter Next to stove is a quarter inch higher in the front, then the back., And the other side of the stove. I have listening openings with the realtors In less than a week.. The office tells me they cannot come Until two days after i'm supposed to have the open house. So it appears they're following up To fix their mistake doesn't seem To be that important to them and it puts me in A bad spot because I cannot meet the open house date. I am not happy with their response.

Great service from start to finish. Andrew, Amy, Amber, and all the installers and the plumber were all professional and communicative.

One end of a backslash was raw cut - no polish.

This project took over 10 months to complete - this house is no street of dreams by no means and a relatively small countertop. The 1st installation - the one and only seam was bad and unacceptable. after 6 weeks to remake the tops, they were damaged in shipping and needed to be remade - that was the 2nd attempt. After another 6 weeks the 3rd set was installed but one side was slightly textured (what we ordered) and the other side of the seam was the smooth finish. Another 6 weeks to remake - the 4th installation was scheduled for a Mon. morning with a text to verify the install window. I took a day off work to be on site, but they were a NO SHOW ! no call, no text, no nothing. Finally, that Wed. they were installed to our satisfaction. Some where somebody or persons really dropped the ball on this one.

Overall working with Precision was a great experience, and pretty simple for a first-time homeowner. We picked our counter top through Home Depot, and then the sales rep there helped initiate the job. Precision then reached out with dedicated reps I could text with questions. Before each visit, I received an instructional video, which was very informative and gave me confidence that I had prepared the space appropriately so that the visit could go smoothly. I'm overall very satisfied with the look and quality of our counter tops. My only reason for knocking off a star was that the installation crew worked very quickly, and I noticed some of the mess that remained inside the cabinets only after they had left. The plumber we hired for the new sink commented that they really tore the place apart, and I figure he's seen more of these than me, so I wish they had taken their time a bit more.

Smooth process from start to finish.

The countertops in Taj Mahal quartzite are beautiful. However, my dishwasher was rendered unusable due to the installers jacking it around when they were doing the install and it now needs repairing. My brand new LG refrigerator was scratched deeply down one whole side due to installers not taking care when installing the adjoining counter. It will need to be replaced!

There were many communication problems from start to finish.

They did not seal my backsplash to my countertop . In a big hurry to be done after 30 minutes. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The PC work crew was fast and efficient except for the forgot to clean debris and mop up under the sink. We found a puddle of water which leaked from one of the water valves. The plumber Wayne notified us of that.

I canceled the order because the person who did the measure said they couldn’t cut and install it the way we were requesting. It was a very simple job and we found a different company who did cut and install exactly as we requested.
We paid for most of the order because Precision had already cut the slab.

We had a bad experience with the first attempt at installing the countertop. The first time the counter was not templated correctly and needed a whole remake. The second time the counter was templated correctly however there were issues with the install crew. Cutting of the material was done on our front porch instead of the truck. The crews mannerism was not very professional. One piece of the backsplash was sent in two pieces and I think they placed them in the opposite sections leaving a larger gap between the backsplash and the wall.

I have mentioned to several friends that have admired my kitchen that Precision was the company that did the work thru Home Depot.

Install crew is great and the product is beautiful. The backend process is very automated and not easy to make adjustments. The hole for the sink was not cut properly the first time. It was replaced, but caused schedule delays for me and other contractors.

We are diy folks and worked hard to prepare for the initial inspection to have our countertops measured and checked for installation. Needless to say, we failed. However, the young man explained carefully what we needed to do to accomplish the job. Once that was done we passed the next inspection and were able to have the countertops installed. Unfortunately, the fabricators didn’t make the countertops correctly and when the installation crew came they couldn’t be installed. They quickly spotted the problems and took the countertops back to be redone by the fabricators. It took a few weeks to get them redone and installed partially because I wanted the same crew to do the work as they knew what needed to be done to make them fit and look good.

Both times I've used Precision Countertops everything went so smooth. The jobs were excellent. Couldn't be happier.

I would not recommend Precision Countertops. After the installers left what appeared to be a job completed, I had to pay $200 more in order to actually install the faucet and sink that I purchased from Home Depot, supposedly because they would be a good fit.

The material was exactly like it looked in the store and good quality. I am delighted with the countertops, and the install went very smoothly
