Areas Of Satisfaction - I think they made my house look really good. The stucco looks really nice, and the paint they used is Cool Tech. I have noticed a huge difference in the temperature of the inside of my home. It's really reduced the heat inside my house. It is very noticeable. The product that they're using is excellent. I like the texture of my house, and it looks really nice. They found some termite damage whilst working, and I'm glad that they found that damage because it was structural. I'm glad they found it because it would have caused long-term damage to the foundation. They were thorough. The salesperson was low in comparison to what I paid. I paid double, but the work they did was reflective of the cost. I feel that the original bid was not extensive enough to cover what they did. Every day I had more costs because they kept finding areas that needed to be repaired. My house is 60-80 years old. It needed repairs. I'm glad they did them. The cost reflects what they did. They found one of the main foundation boards was paper thin due to termites, and I'm so glad they found it so it could be repaired and replaced or else my house would have fallen in.

Additional Comments - I think for me, I was trying to be realistic about what they could do as a company, especially since I have my own business. I know everything isn't going to be exactly how I want it. You have to realize it's a company using multiple teams. I think homeowners need to have clear expectations within reason. I know that there will be areas that aren't perfect. I'm really satisfied with what they did, and I really like the way my house looks. I would recommend them and I would use them again. I know there are a lot of moving parts. The foreman, Sean, and Pierce and David, were very communicative and worked hard to get the job done. I know it took longer to get it done than expected, and I know it was frustrating on their end too. Overall, they did a great job with what the project scope was.

The entire team was professional, courteous, and very patient. Great customer support. Easy and great to work with.

I met with 5 different solar companies before I met with Precision Generagl Contracting. Unlike most of the solar companies, Precision didn't try to lease or PPA but rather helped through the process of buying solar which I intended from the beginning. I also had Precision build my alluminum pation cover. They were in and out in one day and it turned out perfect.I am extremely happy with my product and price and would recommend this company to anyone whether you are looking for solar, patio cover, electrical and anyother services they provide.

I think it was a good experience. We're seeing a difference as far as the electric bill goes. It's too soon to really tell the overall effectiveness, about how much savings we'll really have. It just started operational and having installed it in the middle of the winter I expect we're seeing the minimum efficiency of the system now so the savings aren't as much as I expected, but maybe that's typical of the winter.
