We had been waiting over 4 months for another company to get started on our roof. We had given up on them and started contacting other companies, 2 of them didn't return calls for estimates. But PHI did and asked me some questions about our needs and scheduled an estimate in 2 weeks. After the questionnaire was reviewed and noted that we had some leaks. Mike from PHI reached out and came over the next day for the estimate. They were several thousand less than our original quote. Rain forecast for the end of the week so they scheduled for the next week. But when the forecast changed they came before the end of the week and finished the job in 7 hours. We could not have asked for better service, we highly recommend preferred home improvement.
