He took all my concerns seriously especially since our first siding job by a different contractor did a horrible job . Spoke to Adam in the office a few times and he was very easy to deal with . The quality of the work was excellent, the members of the crew were friendly, and I just love the way my new facade looks--such an amazing transformation. Overall we were very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the work that was done on our house. We love that our house is done in Hardy Clapboard siding and Shingles with alit of PVC crown and dental molding- we also love the color we chose- Evening Blue. The final product is absolutely AMAZING! We love how our house came out. While the start of the job was delayed many months and it took longer and cost more than anticipated, in the end we fell it was well worth the wait and the cost. Mike, the project manager was in constant communication with us and every change or recommendation was fully discussed and considered. The work crew, lead by Oscar was also amazing. They worked hard, did a great job and were very competent, professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend Premier and the crew we were lucky to have work with us.

Premier Building has done an exceptional job on my house. Not only did they keep the budget at plan, but also often worked 6 days a week to maintain their job completion forecast on track. Our Project Manager, Mike Krug, managed the project as a professional and most importantly to me, communicated very well (ie: always answered his phone when I called him). He also often made suggestions that improved the outcome of the project. The communication with the PB office involving financial transactions and change orders has also been clearly communicated and they were able to avoid any unexpected surprises. When you are building a home for your family, budget; timing and quality are critical. Premier Building focused closely on these three factors, which is the reason they get 5 stars from me and my family.
