They were polite and respectful of myself and my neighbors. Mike the PM was a real professional and easy to deal with . He took all my concerns seriously especially since our first siding job by a different contractor did a horrible job . Spoke to Adam in the office a few times and he was very easy to deal with . Overall we were very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the work that was done on our house. We love that our house is done in Hardy Clapboard siding and Shingles with alit of PVC crown and dental molding- we also love the color we chose- Evening Blue. The final product is absolutely AMAZING! We love how our house came out. While the start of the job was delayed many months and it took longer and cost more than anticipated, in the end we fell it was well worth the wait and the cost. Mike, the project manager was in constant communication with us and every change or recommendation was fully discussed and considered. The work crew, lead by Oscar was also amazing. They worked hard, did a great job and were very competent, professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend Premier and the crew we were lucky to have work with us.

Premier Building has done an exceptional job on my house. Not only did they keep the budget at plan, but also often worked 6 days a week to maintain their job completion forecast on track. Our Project Manager, Mike Krug, managed the project as a professional and most importantly to me, communicated very well (ie: always answered his phone when I called him). He also often made suggestions that improved the outcome of the project. The communication with the PB office involving financial transactions and change orders has also been clearly communicated and they were able to avoid any unexpected surprises. When you are building a home for your family, budget; timing and quality are critical. Premier Building focused closely on these three factors, which is the reason they get 5 stars from me and my family.

There was a level of organization and support that began with our initial estimate and continued until the last piece of the project was complete. The work crew was on time, worked through tough weather conditions at times, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Adam and the crew were highly knowledgeable about the entire process as well as the specific materials we had chosen. He was never more than a phone call or a text away when we had a question, and always answered us quickly and with great patience. We will be repeat customers!

I wish I had found Premier years ago. I was blown away by their professionalism. Everything was done right. We had the building re-sided with Hardiboard and Premier transformed my townhouse into the best looking property on the street. I loved the work they did on our house which looks just beautiful. Both Oscar and Orlando were a pleasure to work with, however there were some communications difficulties and scheduling was a big challenge. There were lots of delays and the job took a lot longer than we'd imagined it would due to an error measuring the windows. Although the final product is amazing, the one real criticism was that they destroyed my yard in the process. We discussed this at length initially, but when it came down to it, all that was ignored. I lost thousands of dollars in landscaping and it was an eyesore for months. Will start all over again next spring.

Premier rescued us from a disastrous situation we faced due to the inadequacies of a previous contractor. Not only did they surpass our expectations, but as we look ahead to additional projects we will only call Premier. From the project manager to the crew to the administrative staff, we only have wonderful things to report.

The fact that the President of the company, Rob Foreman, was on site almost every day making sure not one detail was missed would make me recommend them to anyone, including family and friends.
