Professional Completion - We still have a couple things to resolve but that's very understandable given the pandemic. So grateful that our project was complete JUST BEFORE the world fell to pieces. So not a problem and I'm sure it will all get done when it's safe to do so.

Process Explanation

Process Explanation - They provided me with a calendar of every event that was going to happen and what was going to be happening each day of the construction project. Kym was very knowledgeable and also he was a great guiding light on what was current and the kind of design and functionality versus what we had that was 20 years old. He was not at all pushy in signing the contract and get the project started. He was extremely accommodating and came up with an outstanding design.

Installation Quality & Workmanship

Installation Quality & Workmanship - Unless other vendors were interviewed all of the trades that worked on the project are employees of Premiere Kitchen and Baths and came in with a great attitude and a very strong work ethic. They were here on time. They cleaned up after their work beautifully which was a big deal to my wife. I just think for people looking at this review having people that work for the company rather than subcontractors, we could really tell the difference.

Kym is great designer , very professional and courteous . he put together a "Dream " design for our special floor plan ...Greg followed up personally on SITE to any questions and correct any minor issues we had .

What a great company! Exceptional customer service throughout the renovation process. Aimee was fantastic in her design of my new bathrooms while working with our budget. Kent was always available. Areas Of Satisfaction - We certainly had a favorable impression when we first me with designer Laura and were very comfortable signing a contract. She was responsive and the team assembled by Kent for the project was first rate. It was obvious they have been very careful in who they select to be the craftsmen who come into your home. They worked carefully and expertly...you never felt they were rushing. The polite crew would always set aside a few minutes at the end of the day to clean up the work space. We were very comfortable having this carefully selected crew of craftsmen in our home whether we were present or not. It really was as good an experience as one could ever have with a company engaged in the remodeling business. Highest marks go to each of the essential components.

Recognized Excellence - Francisco who did the tile work on our bathroom was at our house quite a bit. He did exceptional work and was very friendly with us and our dogs. He cleaned up the bathroom and our patio as much as possible every day before he left.

Areas Of Satisfaction - We had a concern about the water temperature in the main shower - it seemed the water was cold when the dial was set to hot, and vice versa. It took about 20 minutes and they had it corrected. On another side note - the crew had taken photos on their phone of the plumbing before the tiling was done - what a great idea! Using these photos the problem was solved easily and quickly.

Sales Knowledge

Sales Knowledge - Laura was amazing! She took the time to get to know us, and guided us through two successful remodeling projects. Her expertise lead us to making changes in our home that we never thought were possible.

Kym Davis was an excellent design person and was open a very flexible in his thinking about what wanted to accomplish. I thought drop off a materials and having them sit on the patio for as long as it did was not what I would have thought was an idea approach to staging the work and it ultimately became a nest for scorpions that found their way into the house. The install crew was very careful for the most part but is obvious that was place where the company was attempting to save a dollar. We also had the install supervisor question design items based it seemed on his preferences. However, overall this was not a bad process because everything was done in-house. We have done remodels in the past and a stop shopping experience is the way to go. Thanks Premier Kitchen and Bath for our beautiful bathroom upgrade.

I would highly recommend Premier for both small and large projects. It is great to have the project planning, material selection and orchestration under one roof. Our neighbors watched our project from a distance and continually remarked on the timeliness and professionalism of the crew and the fact that they always ended the day cleaning up the project area. We couldn't be happier with the final product.

My motto is "you get what you pay for" meaning I spend on quality once instead of discount only to replace at a later date. One company from design to completed project means control of the schedule and quality of craftsmanship. No other company is allowed to touch my home.

I have recommended Premier Kitchen and Bath to many people. Their work is outstanding, and of high quality. Everyone with whom we dealt was pleasant and very professional. We were novices in the world of remodeling yet we were never made to feel like "beginners", and did not feel like anyone at Premier ever took advantage of our inexperience.
