Our experience with Premier Roofing has been fantastic from the beginning to the conclusion of the project. They have been very open and honest with us about all risks and expectations of the project. I have researched Premier Roofing online before I committed to the project and I got some mixed feedback. So I decided to talk to the owner Keith directly. He told me about how Premier Roofing is focusing on quality and customer satisfaction and how proud they are of their work and craftsmanship. But if you deal with insurances and try to get the best results for your customers, there is always going to be compromises. We have been very happy with our results. The project was laid out in advance in terms of timing and what to expect each day. The crew did a phenomenal job and even finished early. But none of this would have been so successful and easy on us without the Sales Manager Nick. He was super knowledgable since he has a long career in roofing before becoming a sales manager. Nick was available to answer any question we had about anything regarding this project. He was supervising the team during the actual work at the house and following up with before and after the project concluded. Awesome job!

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

Premier Roofing management does a great job selling the company and it's ability to perform a great job. The sales representative bent over backwards it seemed to get the contract. I believe Premier Roofing had great intentions on having the work done professionally and to our satisfaction. However, they were unable to meet my expectation with the workmanship of there subcontractors. I am not sure if they appreciate the level of home they were working on and the quality of workmanship put into that home. It took them a little longer than we expected and I had to be involved more than I desired with the project. There are still some loose end that we waiting to complete, thus the low score. Overall, we got the roof replaced at a reasonable price and with a 50 year warranty.

I would recommend the materials they use but not the company itself.

Poor communication after contract was signed to the end of the project. Would not recommend!!
