The demo scope of work included in the contract was heavily reduced with my own efforts as nd expense to remove debris with no condideration for credit. The design did not take into consideration 2 important areas that required adjustment during installation resulting in less cabinet space reducing materials and left the wash machine door blocked. A discussion prior to the install to provide a small section of handiwall was not addressed until completion. No considerstion for any credit but a $735 change order instead. Bad taste in mouth.

They delivered on what was promised in the timeframe they promised. Overall was a very positive experience so much so that I would feel confident recommending them to a friend.

Once again, PremierGarage did a beautiful job on my garage floor. I used them several years ago at my primary residence and was so impressed with the quality of work and the long lasting product that I had them redo my garage floor at a rental property. I have recommended them to several neighbors over the last couple of years and they too have commented on how beautiful their floors look. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The finished epoxy flooring had sharp spots poking up through the clear sealant. The company immediately agreed to put another clear coat on it, to their credit. However, I wonder why that isn’t done in the first place. Do other people not notice sharp edges from the small plastic pieces poking through the sealant?
